The Clinical Effective Observasion Of Shenlingbaizhu Powder (Soup) And Dangguibuxue Soup In Treating Chronic Renal Failure Of Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome

Objectives:To evaluate the clinical effect of Shenlingbaihu power(soup) and Dangguibuxue soup in treating chronic renal failure of spleen qi deficiency syndrome.Methods:48patients met the inclusion criteria of chronic renal failure of spleen qi deficiency syndrome were choosed and randomly divided into two groups.One group was A group (the observing group),24patients which were treated with basic treatment+Shenlingbaizhu power(soup) and Dangguibuxue soup.The other group was B group (the control group), with24patients being treated with only basic treatment+Shenlingbaizhu power(soup). One month is a therapeutic phase.Both groups were treated for2phases consecutively. Comparing the differences of clinical symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The curative effect of disease:In Group A, the total effective rate is75%; In Group B, the total effective rate is33.3%.The effect of group A is superior than group B,and there is statistical significance(P=0.038<0.05).The effect of syndrome:in group A, the total effective rate is87.5%.in group B, the total effective rate is83.3%. Two groups have no significant difference, without statistical significance (P>0.05). Laboratory indicators:in group A, after treatment of8weeks, BUN and Scr is lower than before, PAB, RBC, Hb and Ccr are higher than before(P<0.05).;after treatment of4weeks, BUN, Scr, PAB, RBC, Hb and Ccr all have no obvious difference(P>0.05).The chemical indicators have no obvious difference after treatment of8weeks between treatment of4weeks, in group B, after treatment of8weeks, BUN is lower than before, Scr, PAB, RBC, Hb and Ccr have no obvious difference(P>0.05) than before. There is no difference between treatment of4weeks and before, treatment of8weeks and4weeks as well(P>0.05).In the effect of Alb, the two groups both have no significant difference(P<0.05).Compare with the two groups, both have obvious differences in the effects of Scr, PAB, Alb, RBC, Hb and Ccr(P<0.05). But in the effect of BUN, it is no difference(P>0.05).It indicate that group A is more effective than group B in terms of Scr, PAB, Alb, RBC, Hb and Ccr.Conclusions:Shenlingbaihu power(soup) and Dangguibuxue soup can obviously reduce the level of BUN and Scr, increase RBC, Hb, PAB and Ccr, improve the syndrome of spleen qi deficiency.It have exact effect for chronic renal failure of spleen qi deficiency syndrome and better than Shenlingbaizhu power(soup) alone. Dangguibuxue soup can significantly improve the clinical syndromes and renal function of patients which have a certain clinical application value in the treatment of chronic renal failure.
