Purpose: through clinical tests to verify the kidney xie turbid soup in treating spleen and kidney deficiency type clinical therapeutic effects of chronic renal failure, compared before and after the clinical mri data of patients with medication and improvements in symptoms, signs, in order to make clear kidney purging the clinical safety and efficacy of turbid soup, provide powerful basis for clinical medication.Method: In clinical select 60 patients and conform to the chronic renal failure(spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome) clinical diagnostic criteria, and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups of 30 patients were selected. Besides giving basic treatment in each group of patients, and in the treatment group to kidney xie orally, the control group given uric poisonous clear oral granule, patients in each group were observed and summarized.Result: Clinical efficacy: treatment group: 4 cases markedly effective, 13 cases effective, 7 cases stable, 6 cases invalid, the total effective rate was 80%. The control group 30: markedly effective for 2 cases, effective for 10 cases, stable in 10 cases, invalid 8 cases, the total effective rate was 73.3%. The effect of the two treatments was not statistically significant(P > 0.05), and there was no obvious difference. Curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome: treatment group: 3 cases were markedly effective, effective in 10 cases, stable in 14 cases, 3 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency of 86.67%; control group: 1 cases were markedly effective, effective in 10 cases, stable in 11 cases, 8 cases were ineffective, 73.35% efficiency, the between group comparison, the curative effects of two drugs does not have the statistical significance(P > 0.05), no significant difference.Conclusion: kidney xie turbidity soup can better improve the patients with chronic renal failure(spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome) of adverse clinical symptoms, can delay the further deterioration of damage of the nephron, protect renal function, can make the patients with severe fatigue, lumbar debility, loss of appetite, and so on to get better.
