Research Of The Constitution Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In People Of Prehypertension

This thesis is divided into two parts.The first part is the theoretical research. Reviews from the traditional Chinese medicine knowledge, dialectical analysis, and intervention measures were normal, including high blood pressure value on the study progress of Chinese medicine. Review2from the epidemic status, risk factors and intervention were normal, including high blood pressure values of modern medical research present situation.The second part is clinical study. Objective:the epidemiological investigation method is used to normal blood pressure high value study, the TCM constitution type of understanding its physical distribution, provide a reference for high normal blood pressure values of intervention of traditional Chinese medicine, improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:250cases of normal blood pressure high value and250cases of normal blood pressure as the research object. Using the Chinese medical association in2009promulgated the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine constitution classification and determination of design questionnaire, according to the standard for determining all of the research object physique type, and collect the related clinical information, including gender, age, family history, smoking history, drinking history and general information. Data from the database is established, and using SPSS19.0software using multivariate Logistic regression analysis to screen high normal blood pressure values of physical factors. Results:1. The type of constitution in population of high blood pressure value is normal distribution as follows:23.1%23.1%Yin quality, phlegm wet mass, quality11.6%10.7%damp and hot, blood stasis, gentle quality, and the qi deficiency, Yang deficiency,7.9%,7.9%,9.1%qi depression, great quality, and the6.2%to3.7%.2. Gender differences in physical existence, phlegmy wet, hot and humid mass of men, women, Yang deficiency, qi depression more, there is statistical significance (P<0.05).3. Smoking and nonsmoking high normal blood pressure value of constitution is different, there is statistical significance (P<0.05).4. Obesity, diabetes, dyslipidemia, for normal high value all affect the health of blood pressure, there is statistical significance.5. Application of binary multiple logistic regression analysis method, P<0.05level, entered the regression equation of TCM constitution type is:peace, Yin deficiency and phlegm dampness quality, Yin quality, phlegm wet mass can think is normal blood pressure high values of risk factors, gentle quality, and the value of blood pressure is normal protective factors. Conclusion:this study normal blood pressure in patients with common high value constitution for Yin quality, phlegm wet mass. Normal blood pressure high value associated risk factors have an impact on patient health. Yin quality, phlegm wet logistic regression analysis qualitative risk factors for high blood pressure value is normal, gentle quality, and the value of blood pressure is normal protective factors. By intervening in the body to prevent high blood pressure value is normal development for high blood pressure there is objective basis. Logistic regression can be used as to explore the dangerous factors of epidemiological data analysis method.
