Observation period for the day, don’t to record any changes before and after the treatment, observation of syndrome study and laboratory indexes of changes, and make statistical analysis and comparison. Results:1. The observation group and the control group had significant differences in total effective rate (P<0.05), the observation group syndrome to improve significantly. Observation group, the scores before and after treatment with significant difference (P<0.05or P<0.01), syndrome integral compared with control group with significant difference (P<0.05).2. In the aspect of improving renal function, observation group after treatment of urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Scr), endogenous creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) compared with before treatment with significant difference (P<0.05); Treatment group of urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Scr), endogenous creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) compared with control group with significant difference (P<0.01). At the same time, the hemoglobin improved after treatment, compared with before treatment with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Peach siwu flavored oral combined Chinese medicine retention enema and cooperate with western medicine on treatment of blood stasis type of chronic renal failure dampness on patients quality of life, kidney function, also has the certain improved anemia and other complications.
