Circulation Turbid Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure (wet Muddy Blood Stasis) Clinical Studies

Objective : Initial assesment of the effectiveness and security of removing blood stasis and discharging dampness in the treatment of damp retardarced and blood stasissed symptom.Method : Through random comparision of shenshuaijian granule and shenshuaining capsule in clinical research, study the use of removing blood stasis and discharging dampness in the treatment of damp retardarced and blood stasissed symptom symptom.Result: In FAS analysis, shenshuaijian granule experimental group displayed clinical effectiveness of 18.2%,validity of 18.2% and total effectiveness of 45.5% against chronic renal failure; shenshuaining capsule experimental group displayed 4.8%,19%,33.3%. No statistical proof is showed in the group comparision. Against damp retardarced and blood stasissed symptom, shenshuaijian granule experimental group displayed clinical effectiveness of 31.8%,validity of 45.5% and total effectiveness of 77.3%; shenshuaining capsule experimental group displayed 19%,23%,42.9%. Group comparision observed some statistical proof(P<0.05), thus, experimental group is better than the control.In PP analysis, shenshuaijian granule experimental group displayed clinical effectiveness of 19%,validity of 19% and total effectiveness of 47.6% against chronic renal failure; shenshuaining capsule experimental group displayed 5.3%,21.1%,36.8%. No statistical proof is showed in the group comparision. Against damp retardarced and blood stasissed symptom, shenshuaijian granule experimental group displayed clinical effectiveness of 33.3%,validity of 47.6% and total effectiveness of 81%; shenshuaining capsule experimental group displayed 21.1%,26.3%,47.4%. Group comparision observed no statistical proof.Both two groups went through 3 conventional detection—cruor routine, electrolyte and ECG, no anomely change related to experiment medicin is detected. Yet, 3 displayed untoward effect in the experiment, making the untoward effect ratio 6.38%. Among the three, two were dropped,the other one continued the medicine after apropriate treatment, after which untoward effect is alleviated.Conclusion: The treatment of removing blood stasis and discharging dampness is one of the most effective method in the treatment of chronic renal failure, which displayed fine clinical effectiveness amongst the patients.
