Objective by observing the rhubarb monkshood tonga enema reduction treatment of TCM symptoms of patients with chronic renal failure.4,the change of physical and chemical indicators,the evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment of chronic renal failure.4 clinical efficacy and safety,for improve patients' quality of life,improving renal function,delay the new effective means to provide the reference of kidney failure.Methods adopt the method of retrospective analysis,this study collected from January 2013 to December 2013 at the diagnosis of renal medicine hospital for patients with chronic renal failure with clear,pick out the glomerular filtration rate in 60 patients with 15?29 ml/min,according to the patient would take the traditional Chinese medicine enema to cure diseases,divided into observation and control group(observation group for the use of traditional Chinese medicine enema group),each group 30 people.Through to the group of the patient's general condition,quantitative TCM symptoms integral,renal function,including serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,glomerular filtration rate,24 hours urinary inhibition-C,uric acid,urine protein,nutritional status,including hemoglobin,serum albumin and electrolyte status:including blood potassium,phosphorus and other indexes were analyzed,and the curative effect analysis.This research adopts the medical statistics software SPSS 10.0 statistical analysis,measurement of normally distributed data in(mean +/-standard deviation),said the non-normal distribution of measurement data to the median(plus or minus quarterback spacing);Baseline homogeneity analysis using analysis of variance,such as variance not neat use nonparametric test;Measurement data such as obey normal distribution and variance together,using t test,such as not neat,do not obey the normal distribution and variance using nonparametric test,counting data by chi-square test,P<0.05 differences statistically significant,P>0.05,no statistically significant difference.Results(1)the treatment group compared with the control group total effective rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),show Efficiency of comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)syndromes curative effect comparison,the difference was statistically(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the treatment group is better than the control group.(3)in the two groups after treatment can significantly improve Bed symptoms and reduce symptoms integral,the treatment group in improving clinical symptoms and reduced integral level is better than the control group(P<0.01).(4)the two groups after treatment of glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),hemoglobin(HGB),plasma albumin(propagated),blood calcium,recovered earlier,serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN)and blood(inhibition C,potassium,phosphorus,24 hours urinary protein reduced earlier,before and after the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),the observation group is better than that of control group(P<0.01),(5)differences between two groups after treatment in patients with potassium,calcium,no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion rhubarb monkshood tonga subtraction enema treatment of chronic renal failure.4 patients can remove toxin,improve clinical symptoms,delay the role of renal failure,is a kind of safe,economic and easily accepted by patients with treatment.
