| Objective:Compare with TCD and simple western Nourishing Yin legislative treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of clinical efficacy. By Professor Zeng Binfang prescription finishing clinical treatment of the disease, explore drug laws Nourishing Yin Method.Methods:(1) through the development of a randomized controlled highly sensitive search strategy for major domestic and database searches were excluded based on the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria for screening and data extraction and quality of scientific literature were evaluated and systems analysis;(2) chronic atrophic gastritis of Clinical Nourishing Yin prescription drug for the study, the use of prescription metrology methods Nourishing Yin Fat conduct frequency statistics, constitute specific gravity and character, taste, and cluster analysis.Results:(1)512cases of five randomized controlled trials included in the study, with a total effective rate of nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation [OR=0.11,95%(CI) for the [0.06,0.21], P＜0.00001] effective rate [OR=6.67,95%(CI) for the [3.79,11.75], P<0.00001], endoscopy pathology improvement [OR=0.21,95%(CI) for the [0.14,0.33], P<0.00001];(2) high-frequency Nourishing Yin drug is dangshen, Curcuma, rhizome and so on, the cumulative frequency of84.70%, and the cold, sweet, bitter and spleen, liver, lung, stomach medications majority; prescription nearly94%use of Nourishing Yin drug; get close to each other cluster consists of parties and drugs commonly used drugs right.Conclusion:(1) The Meta analysis and yin and promoting blood circulation in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of the total efficiency, the markedly effective rate and endoscopy pathology are better than western medicine;(2) Teachers who use Nourishing Yin summary treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis drug laws, optimize TCM treatment program, find some new models and potential rules provide a new way of thinking and approach to innovation and the development of medical knowledge. |
