| Objective: To observe Yiqihuoxue in the treatment of gastric atrophic gastritis(CAG),and to investigate its effect on pathological changes under endoscopy.Methods: 72 cases meeting the diagnostic criteria were included in the cases and treated with Yiqi Huoxue for 3 consecutive months.Observations include: TCM symptom score(observed before treatment,after 4 weeks of treatment,after 8 weeks of treatment,after 12 weeks of treatment),pathological changes,blood,liver and kidney function.By observing the above indicators before and after treatment changes were compared.Use SPSS20.0 software for statistical analysis.Results: 68 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of stomach and collateral blood type were treated by Yiqihuoxue.After 12 weeks of treatment,(1)pathological score: 3 cases were cured,54 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 83.82%,compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).(2)the curative effect of TCM syndrome: 1 cases were cured,67 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 94.11%.After treatment,the main and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were improved(P < 0.05).(3)safety: before and after treatment,blood routine,urine routine,fecal routine,liver function,renal function and electrocardiogram were compared.There was no statistical difference between before and after(P > 0.05),and the safety was I grade.In conclusion:1.Yiqihuoxue can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of gastric stasis type chronic atrophic gastritis,relieve pain and improve the quality of life;2.Yiqihuoxue can effectively alleviate gastric stasis type chronic atrophic gastritis further development,which can effectively reverse the histopathological changes;3.Yiqihuoxue in clinical trials found no significant adverse reactions and side effects. |
