Objective:To investigate the correlation between a-SMA and CD34gene expression and UE score of breast lumps,and the differences between Uyghur and Han ethnic.Methods:Collection of benign and malignant breast tumors were100cases,All patients were divided into four groups:Uighur benign group,Uighur malignant group,Han benign group,Han malignant group,each was25cases;All breast lumps two-dimensional ultrasound images,color doppler images and the elasticity images,and score for elasticity images is completed; Fresh tumor tissue and surrounding normal tissue samples taken during the surgery, Extract total RNA of the tissue,the relative amounts of a-SMA and CD34gene was detected by Real-time PCP fluorescence quantitative.To evaluation the correlation of elasticity score and a-SMA and CD34gene expression of breast masses,and the differences between Uygur and Han ethnic.Results:Diagnostic accuracy of UE5differential benign and malignant breast tumors was86%,sensitivity was88%,specificity was84%;Accuracy of UE5diagnosed Uygur and Han breast lumps was90%and82%,the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.249>0.05);The relative expression of a-SMA gene in malignant masses was significantly higher than benign tumors(P=0.013),CD34gene expression levels of malignant tumors were lower than benign tumors(P<0.01),And racial differences between the two gene expression between Uyghur and Han was not statistically significant(P=0.697,P=0.618);The relative expression amount of CD34gene was negatively correlated with elastography score(P<0.05),the relative expression level of a-SMA gene in the tumor was positively correlated with elastography score(P<0.05).Conclution:UE helps breast lumps differential diagnosis of benign and malignant.To some extent,UE scores reflect the a-SMA and CD34gene transcription and translation level in breast lumps,and no significant racial differences between Uygur and Han ethnic.
