Objective: To analyse the relation between platelet count and coagulative function indexes and preeclampsia in third trimester of pregnancy. Methods: 260 patients of third trimester of pregnancy with preeclampsia admission to first-affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical university from January 2013 to December 2016 were collected, and divided into mild-preeclampsia group(82 cases)and severe-preeclampsia group(98 cases)according to relative standard of diagnosis of preeclampsia,in addition,80 cases with normal third trimester without any complication in the corresponding period were collected as control.Basic information such as age, parity, gestational week, race, systolic pressure was collected.Platelet parameters including platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW)and platelet deposited(PCT),and coagulation indexes including prothrombin time(PT),activated partial prothrombin time(APTT),international standardization ratio(INR),fibrinogen(FIB)were tested and compared the difference. Finally, logistic regression analysis was performed to explore the related risk factors of severe preeclampsia. Results: There was no difference of age,age grading, parity, parity grading, gestational weeks, gestational weeks grading, race between mild-preeclampsia group,severe-preeclampsia group and control(P>0.05).Significant difference of systolic pressure,PT,APTT,INR,FIB,and PLT,MPV,PDW,PCT between the three groups(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis revealed that systolic pressure,APTT,PLT,MPV,PDW,PCT were strong risk factors of severe preeclampsia. Conclusion: Systolic pressure,APTT,PLT,MPV,PDW,PCT were strong risk factors of severe preeclampsia are robust risk factors for severe preeclampsia, and can be served as predictive factor for preeclampsia and its grading.
