Nowadays in breast surgery, NACT, which is chemotherapy before the operation, is extensively used to reduce clinical stage, enhance long-term outcome of cancer treating and etc. Previously, there are more studies focusing on Chinese medicines function in adjuvant chemotherapy than function in NACT. This research is to observe synergistic effect on breast cancer patient with the combination of Chinese medicine Ruyanfang&TAC (NACT).Objective:To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on breast cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy attenuated synergistic effect, observed" Ruyanfang " in traditional Chinese medicine combined with TAC regimen neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer patients as well as myelosuppression, gastrointestinal reactions, stomatitis and hepatorenal function reaction to improve the situation.Methodology:We selected60cases of Ⅱb~Ⅲb pathology diagnosis for breast cancer patients were randomly divided into routine neoadjuvant chemotherapy and new adjuvant chemotherapy combined with Chinese medicine treatment of Ruyanfang to observe the improvement of curative effect and myelosuppression hepatorenal function reaction.1. Efficacy evaluation standards1.1Imaging chemotherapy efficacy standardsUse ultrasonography as imaging chemotherapy efficacy evaluation method. Collect data of each patient in chemotherapy before and the same physician examination after. According to the chemotherapy, tumor size (maximum tumor diameter and vertical diameter of product) change judging the efficacy of chemotherapy:①complete remission:mass completely disappeared;②partial remission:tumor lesions two product reduces>50%, or referring to a disappearance of the lesion, the rest were narrowed, but the two product reduces≤50%;③stabilize:the size of the mass stability before and after chemotherapy no change. First and second groups are both defined as clinical remissions.1.2Histopathological standardsThe pathology slice was compared before and after the treatment, according to tumor cell regression, the pathological response is divided into5levels, level3-5to alleviate effectively. Define effective in this experiment with effective remissions from pathology and image at the same time.2. Myelosuppression, gastrointestinal reaction, oral ulcer and hepatorenal function reaction to improve the situation with reference to NCI-CTC common toxicity grading criteria.(see Schedule1)Result:1. From overall result, ratio of CR of therapy group is higher than control group(86.7%vs73.3%).2. This research indicates therapy group is superior to control group in stability of HB, decreasing WBC and subjective feeling after chemotherapy. There is significant difference between two groups.(P<0.05)3. After chemotherapy-induced white blood cell count, hemoglobin and renal function decline in maintenance and protection, the experimental group was superior to the control group, and with the chemotherapy cycle, This difference becomes more and more obvious, and the G-CSF use The experimental group (1.93±1.68/) than that of control group (2.31±1.46/), but no statistical significance.4. This research indicates therapy group is superior to control group in terms of successful fulfill chemotherapy in time.(86.6%vs73.3%)Conclusion:In60cases of breast cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy of case control study, we found that Ruyanfang also used in neoadjuvant chemotherapy, which can effectively improve the effective alleviation rate, at the same time to reduce the chemotherapy of gastrointestinal adverse reaction, stomatitis, lack of power and protection of leukocytes in patients with liver and kidney function and ensure chemotherapy schedule has certain positive role. This paper will be the first Chinese medicine used in the adjuvant treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in breast cancer, extended the range of therapeutic applications, for the clinical treatment of breast cancer with new thinking.
