Research On The Effects On Digestive Tract Tumor Patients Treated By Yi Qi Yang Xue Fang

Digestive tract tumor is common diseases in mordern times.Its ocurring rate is closely related with modern people’s diet and life styles.TCM has unique advantages on inhibiting tumor’s progressing,adapting patients existing,raising their living qualities and enhanncing surgical efectivenesses and etc.TCM could deploy its positive effects on avoiding and treating DTT patients.My tutor-directive dotor Zhu Yongkang has worked on clinical sugery department for many years,he has solid TCM basis and abundent modern surgical skills.This research uses proffessor Zhu’s self-made TCM formula-Yi Qi Yang Xue Fang which is based on his own clinical experiences. We use this formula before surgeris to observe its postoperative effectiveness including related TCM and western medical clinical indexes and petients own symtoms,in order to illuminate its action mechanisms.To provide theretical basis and prooves to guide preoperative period TCM usage,reducing patients postoperative adverse reactions and complicating diseases,raising surgical succesing rate and prmote patients postoperative recoveries.Projective:Oberserving formula-Yi Qi Yang Xue Fang’s function on adapting DTT patients postoperative clinical indexes and living qualities.To provide theoretical basis and proves for using TCM before surgery to raise surgical sucssessing rate,prmote patients post operative recoeries and TCM using timeing.Methods:By clinical research randomized method,We used KPSTable, TCM syndrome,TSF,AC,the indexes of HA,T cell sudgroup,tumor markers,blood coangulation and biochemistry as outcomeMeasures.The Researeh data were based on40P atients with digested tract cancer in the General Surgery Department of Jiangsu TCM HosPital affiliated to Nanjing University of Troditonal Chinese Medeine from Feb.2013toFeb.2014.42Patients were randomly divided into normal control group (conducted by Normal preoperation prerperation) and test group (treated by YiQiYangXueFang).There were20Patients in each group and test group were treated for5days by YiQiYangXueFang.The outcome index were measured before surgery and in the3rd day for the indexes of HA, blood coangulation and biochemistry,5th day for indexes of T cell sudgroup,tumor markers,7th day for BMI,TSF/AC,KPS,TCM syndrome.Observe patients side effects including Abdominal distention and pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. SPSS19.0was used for data analysis. Experimental results show by mean±standard deviation said in the group. T test compares the analysis method,count data used chi-square analysis. If P<0.05, both have significant difference; P<0.01,both have significantly difference. Results:1.Yi Qi Yang Xue Fang After treatment,the appetite,BMI,TCM syndrome,TSF,AC,serum albumin,hemoglobin,subcutaneousfat,immune cells, KPS score,and so on are on the increase or improvement(P<0.05) and compared with the control group there are significant differenees(p<0.05).2. Comparing the test group with the control group on the coagulation indexes,tumor markers,the results were not statistically significant(p>0,05).Conclusion:Using Yi Qi Yang Xue Fang in preoperation time can raise patients after surgerial recovery ability,Formula Yi Qi Yang Xue Fang was proved of effectiveness and safe.The treatment,which can improve patients functional ability,raise patients aftersurgery immunal function remarkably,especially having advantages in increasing patient’s after surgerial Hb,nutritional conditions,and immune function.It is proved non-toxic and of no side effects,hence worth to be broadened its clinical use.
