The Research On Current Situation Of Medical Preparations In Jiangsu Province Based On Empirical Study

Medical Preparation is a peculiar conception of our country, the existing and the development of it is exactly related to our country’s basic situation. At the early founding stage of our country, when all kinds of drugs are underserved, there is no doubt that the Medical Preparation had made great contribution to the health and better development both to the citizen and the Medical services. With the drvelopment of more than60years, the Medical industry of our country has been well equipped, the Drug Suply system has basically established. However the Medical Preparations are still playing irreplaceable roles on disease treatment. In the background of the focusing on the safety and the stricter regulations, the development of the Medical Preparation is facing peculiar features.Depending on summarizing the development and the supervision period of the Medical Preparation, this paper will make the Qualitative Research and the Quantitative Research on the preparation, use and regulation on it.Firstly, this paper selected the medical institusion which holds the preparations license in Jiangsu province as the research object, collecting materials such as the lisence of approval for preparation, the medical agencies preparations to registration and so on; Secondly, this paper conducted surveys on the lisenced medical institution and doing experts interviews on Medical Preparation safety supervision.Finally, by means of SWOT-PEST analysis, this paper will further discuss the supervising problems and give suggestions.By means of the research, this paper makes the following conclusions:the number of institutions involved in dispensing preparations has decreased gradually in recent years and tends to be reasonable; the categories and preparation lines have shrunk correspondingly,and become accordant with the position of the preparations; the staff of the Pharmaceutical preparation of medical institutions is shortage and professional quality generally is not high; the investment of Preparations of medical institutions is less, and the research level is not high; preparations of medical institutions security is improved, and adverse reaction rate gradually decreased, but the post-approval surveillances and re-assessments of pharmaceutical preparations are suggested to strengthen; the measures for the contract manufacture of preparations should be reinforced; reparations of medical institutions to join insurance coverage will still need to increase; the implementation of certification for Good Preparation Practise(GPP)quality system has contributed to the improvement of preparation quality; medical institutions preparation raw material inspectioncan not meet the requirements; the systems of governmental administration and regulations required to be improved.
