The Reseach Progress Of Bone Turnover Markers

The bone turnover markers are high-sensitive,strong-specific andstable to detect,they can reflect transformation of bone mass earlier thanbone mineral density(BMD), have great significance for evaluating theequilibrium state of bone formation and bone resorption，diagnosis anddifferential diagnosis of the metabolic bone disease and judgement of thecurative effect for anti-osteoporosis. This paper reviewed the common boneturnover markers in clinical at present, such as ALP, PINP.And some oneelse which are new, such as IGF-1and Leptin. This paper introduce theresearch progress of bone turnover markers in ways of markers of boneformation, markers of bone resorption and their clinical application.
