Objective:Explore of relevance the pathogenesis factors of rheumatoid arthritis and laboratory indicators, combined the macro-level quantitative with micro, provide a basis for the study of the pathogenesis factors of rheumatoid arthritis objective.Method:By screeening173patients who met the clinical criteria,two or more practitioners classify the patients met the pathogenesis factor identifiable standards proposed by professor zhou zhongying,entrring data,establishing clinical record database. By standardly processing the clinical information data,fingding out the correlation between the pathogenesis factor of Rheumatoid arthritis and laboratory indicators.Result:Clinical data on173cases found:(1)Epidemilogical comparison:Male:Female was about1:5,onset ages44to59, with the extension of course, the proportion of pahogenensis factors yinxu become higher.(2)RA pathogenesis factors distirbution:pahogenesis factor shi constitute the highest propotion,followed by han shi feng yu and yinxu.In active period,pathogenesis han constitute the highest proportion,followed by shi and re; the proportion of pathogenesis factor shi qixu and yinxu in remission period higher than thats in active period.the proportion of pahogenensis factors remaining in remission period lower than thats in active period. The ranking of pathogenesis factor yu in remission period higher than that in active period.(3) Comman clinial symtoms and Health index comparison:pathogenesis factor tan and re proportions are highest in Morning stiffness3, pathogenesis factor yinxu proportions is highest in Jiont function grade Ⅲ,the difference is statistically significant; Each pathogenesis factor Health indes use by Rank Sum Test,P>0.05, the difference is not statistically significant.(4) Correlation between laboratory parameters:①Hematologly general inspection:Each pathogenesis WBC values showed no significant difference;PLT mainly to increased,By rank sum test pathogenesis factor han PLT have the highest average rank; RBC and HB mainly to decreased, pathogenesis factor xuexu HB and RBC mean are minimum,by rank sum test pathogenesis factor han RBC have the highest average rank,pathogenesis factor re HB have the highest average rank.〢cute phase proteins:each pathogenesis factor ESR value by rank sum test:pathogenesis xuexu have the highest average rank;each pathogenesis factor CRP values by rank sum test,pathogenesis feng have the highest average rank.③immunoglobulin:the abnormal of immunoglobulin mainly to increase, each pathogenesis factor IgG value by rank sum test:pathogenesis xuexu have the highest average rank; each pathogenesis factor IgA value by rank sum test,the difference is not statistically significant; each pathogenesis factor IgM value by rank sum test:pathogenesis yu have the highest average rank.④complement::the abnormal of complement is mainly to increase,each pathogenesis factor C3value and C4value by rank sum test,the difference is not statistically significant.⑤autoantibodies.each pathogenesis factor RF value by rank sum test:pathogenesis yu have the highest average rank;each pathogenesis factor anti-CCP value by rank sum tesf:pathogenesis yinxu have the highest average rank.Conclusion:(1)RA mainly occurred in women,mainly occurs in44-59years old, with the extension of course, the proportion of pahogenensis factors yinxu become higher..(2) All pahogenesis factors can exist in RA:all pahogenesis factors can exist in RA.pathogenesis factor han and shi occupy higher proportion of RA in active period and remission period. Pahogenesis factor han,shi and re is especially high in active period.the proportion of pathogenesis qixu and yinxu become higher in remission period.the proportion of pahogenensis factors remaining in remission period lower than thats in active period. The ranking of pathogenesis factor yu in remission period higher than that in active period.(3)The duration of Morning stiffness is associated with Pahtogenesis factor tan and re,when joint function develop to grade Ⅲ,pathogenesis factor yinxu proportion become higher;the arthritis perfermance of pathogenesis factor shi and re are the heaviest.(4) Pathogenesis factor han has the highest correlation with elevated PLT, RBC reduce, Pathogenesis factor feng has the highest correlation with elevated CRP, Pathogenesis factor xuexu has the highest correlation with elevated ESRand elevated IgQ Pathogenesis factor yinxu has the highest correlation with elevated anti-CCP, Pathogenesis factor yu has the highest correlation with elevated ESRand elevated IgM and elevated RF.
