Study Of Jianpi Huayu Fang In Advanced Colorectal Cancer Growth And Metastasis And The Expression Of Serum MiRNAs

Objective:To observe Jianpi Huayu Fang combined Xeloda+CPT-11program for advanced colorectal cancer tumor size changes, new metastases occur, quality of life, symptoms and signs, and other indicators of serum miRNAs. While observing the patient’s blood system and liver function and other indicators to observe the safty.Methods:The45cases of colorectal cancer patients met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups,23cases of the test group (Jianpi Huayu Fang combined Xeloda+CPT-11chemotherapy), and control group (chemotherapy)22cases, and the clinical and pathological effects were compared with each other.Then used RT-PCR to assay serum miRNA-21, miRNA-31, miRNA-143, miRNA-145levels.At last analyse the relation about clinical effect with expression of serum miRNA-21, miRNA-31, miRNA-143, miRNA-145.Result:Jianpi Huayu Fang combined with chemotherapy in patients with advanced colorectal cancer can improve the symptom, relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients, improve the patient’s KPS score and the quality of life; the expression level of miRNA-31decreased; increased expression levels of miRNA-143, miRNA-145;group miRNA-143, miRNA-145expression of multiple test were higher than that of control group (P<0.05), with statistical significance. The two groups after treatment the incidence of bone marrow suppression, liver function damage rate (AST, ALT, TBIL), adverse reaction (nausea,vomiting, diarrhea, digestive) there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Huayu Fang combined with chemotherapy in patients with advanced colorectal cancer tumor is stable; can significantly improve symptoms, improve quality of life for patients; can regulate miRNA-31, miRNA-143, miRNA-145expression, and no obvious toxicity.
