A summary of modern medicine on ischemic stroke recovery related research results, to explore the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of ischemic stroke recovery, put forward the virtual real standard of evidence of ischemic stroke recovery period, Qi and yin deficiency, blood stasis is the basic pathogenesis during recovery stage. Deficiency of both qi and Yin is the pathogenic basis, for the onset of this; blood stasis throughout the recovery period beginning is biao.A randomized, parallel controlled clinical trial design, collection of clinical ischemic stroke recovery period of68cases of deficiency of both qi and Yin, blood stasis group syndrome patients, randomly divided into treatment group34cases, control group34cases. The control group by the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine refers to the method of clinical pathway treatment for stroke recovery period, the treatment group in the control group based on the use of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue recipe,21days for a course, through the comparison between the two groups, to observe the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue recipe.Result:Stroke diagnosis score:Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction group before treatment (17.86±12.17),(6.89±6.36) after treatment, compared before and after treatment, P<0.01, with significant statistical difference; the control group before treatment (16.56±10.14),(11.98±8.77) after treatment, compared before and after treatment, P>0.05, no significant difference; the treatment group before and after treatment the difference is (11.31±9.67), control group (5.82±7.87), the two groups before and after treatment the difference comparison, P<0.05, with significant difference.The two groups were evaluated the comprehensive curative effect:treatment group14cases, effective15cases, invalid5cases, the total efficiency of85.3%; control group,9cases markedly effective13cases, invalid12cases, the total effective rate was64.7%. Statistically, P<0.05, with significant difference.Quality of life and life skills:a comparison of daily life ability score, after treatment score (27.41±5.34), the control group after treatment score (31.24±6.53), group comparison, P<0.05; compare the quality of life score, after treatment score (5.21±1.43), group after treatment scores (4.56±1.08), statistically, P<0.05, the treatment group in improving the quality of life, improve the ability of daily life has more obvious advantage. Laboratory examination of blood rheology was determined in the two groups before and after treatment, blood coagulation index.
