Clinical Research On Yangyin Huoxue Decoction Treatment Of Qi-yin Deficiency And Obstruction Of Blood Stasis Of Diabetes Complicated By Depression

Objective: To investigate the Yangyin Huoxue Decoction of both Qi and Yin deficiency, blood stasis obstructing diabetic depression clinical efficacy and mechanism. Methods: Choose TCM as Yin Deficiency, blood stasis obstructing inpatients with diabetes mellitus 60 cases of depression as research subjects , randomized to one of 30 cases set Yangyin Huoxue Decoction (treatment group), 30 cases of Ciwujia Tablets (control group), respectively, of their systematic clinical research, treatment 3 months before and after treatment in patients with emphasis on observation of glycolipids, insulin resistance index, degree of depression and clinical symptoms and signs change. Results:â‘ The two groups HbA1C, TG , HOMA-IR, HAMD decrease after treatment, the difference was significant (P<0.01). The treatment group compared with the control group, have statistical significance (P<0.05).â‘¡the two groups after treatment of TCM symptoms and signs have improved, the difference was significant (P<0.01). The treatment group compared with the control group, have statistical significance (P<0.05).â‘¢the course of treatment, Yangyin Huoxue Decoction group total effective rate was90%; Ciwujia Tablets total effective rate was76.7%, by Ridit analyst, with statistical significance (P<0.05).â‘£the course of treatment, the treatment group and control group patients with no chief complaint does not circumstances, no obvious adverse reactions. Before and after treatment of blood, urine, stool conventional liver and kidney function tests are not abnormal. Conclusion: Yangyin Huoxue Decoction treatment of diabetic patients with depression, type of both Qi and Yin deficiency,blood stasis in patients than Ciwujia Tablets can be more effectively corrected glucose and lipid metabolism disorders, reduce the insulin resistance and improve clinical symptoms and control the complications of diabetes the occurrence and development. Yangyin Huoxue Decoction are the treatment of diabetic patients with depression, an effective prescription.
