Clinical Effect Of Huoxue Tongluo Recipe On The Recovery Period Of Ischemic Stroke (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Tongluo Recipe in the treatment of ischemic stroke(convalescence)with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,evaluate its efficacy and evaluate its safety.Methods: attendance at the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Department of encephalopathy outpatient treatment area by patients,were randomly assigned to 72 patients with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine diagnosis and inclusion criteria of patients,36 cases of control group were given conventional treatment and rehabilitation therapy,the treatment group of 36 cases in the control group presented plus Huoxue Tongluo decoction.By observing the changes of the modified Rankin scale,Barthel index,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and TCM syndromes before and after treatment,we evaluated the effectiveness of the two groups,and analyzed the results.Results: statistical methods two groups of patients with modified Rankin scale,Barthel index,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),and the TCM syndrome score analysis,two groups of patients before and after treatment in group P<0.05,that two groups of treatment effect is confirmed,after treatment of the two groups of patients compared with P<0.05 group,the total clinical efficacy comparison between groups P<0.05,illustrate the effectiveness of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,and in the course of treatment,all the cases there were no adverse reactions and side effects,safety and reliability.Conclusion: This study demonstrated that Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in treatment of ischemic stroke recovery period(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)curative effect in patients,improve the integral,TCM symptoms for neurological impairment,limb function recovery;improve patient self-care ability of daily life and significant role,greatly reduce the pain of patients and the burden on the family,no the adverse reactions and safety.
