The Clinical Observation Of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer(NSCLC) By Treated With Feiji Fukang Decoction Combined With Protocol Gemcitabine And Cisplatin (GP)

Background:Lung cancer is the greatest harm to human health and life of the malignant tumor, and discovered at late stage, the prognosis is poor.How a combination treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicines of lung cancer improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, improve the quality of life, is worthy of further research.Objectives:The study of observation of Feiji Fukang Decoction of pulmonary rehabilitation in improving the product of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer clinical symptoms, quality of life and reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy and other effects, and provide a new way for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:The Feiji Fukang Decoction combined with GP regimen in the treatment of20patients with non small cell lung cancer patients, and there was a control group. Treatment for two cycles,The observation of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,chemotherapy and toxicity of clinical symptoms, quality of life were studied.Results:The two groups both show a significant improvement in TCM syndrome integral after the treatment(P<0.05), While the treatment group was superior to control group(P<0.05). The total TCM syndrome efficiency was80%in treatment group,and50%in control group.The treatment group showed a significant advantage(P<0.05). The quality of life (QOL) score in treatment group increased of1.70after the treatment,while there was a decrease of0.50in control group. There was a significant difference in quality of life (QOL) score in two groups after the treatment (P<0.01). Karnofsky score in treatment group increased of7.87after the treatment,while there was a increase of1.17in control group. There was a difference in Karnofsky score in two groups after the treatment (P<0.05). The treatment group had milder toxic and adverse reactions than control group in leukocyte, red blood cell, nausea, vomiting but not include platelets with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Feiji Fukang Decoction can alleviate the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, improving quality of life and the physical condition of patients with advanced NSCLC, and is well tolerated, high safety during chemotherapy...
