Objective:To establish the quality standard of horse fat, research and the horse fat oxidation, whitening and horse fat in vitro transdermal permeability, as the final will lay the foundation for the development of high value-added products. Methods:①Quality standard reference standard method of making the horse fat;②Using Schaal heat method, peroxide number as the index, to determine the best horse lipid antioxidants and synergists amount, in order to improve the storage time horse fat.③The determination of horse fat DPPH radical scavenging, hydroxyl free radical and superoxide anion with UV method.④Through the determination of additive horse fat after the SOD and MDA values of skin cells, SOD activity and lipid peroxidation level evaluation of skin cells.⑤The cell viability was determined by MTT assay, judge the horse fat cells have toxicity on keratinocytes.⑥Through the UVB light in the guinea pig skin aging,⑦Evaluation of horse oil if there is a delay light aging effect on skin of guinea pig was determined by MTT method; the B16proliferation rate; by measuring the horse fat scavenging B16activity of tyrosinase, the horse fat removal of tyrosinase in B16.⑧The in vitro percutaneous absorption technology combined with gas chromatography, was studied in vitro transdermalmechanism on the horse fat. Results:①The index and parameter range horse fat;②The horse fat added in TP0.03%, CA0.04%, the extension of storage time more;③The horse fat has in vitro antioxidant capacity of over capacity;④The horse fat has a certain degree of SOD activity in cells and inhibition of lipid oxidation;⑤Different concentrations of horse grease on the skin cells were not toxic;⑥Horse fat has the effect of delaying aging effect on the skin;⑦The horse fat suppressed B16proliferation, inhibit the activity of tyrosinase.⑧The main fatty acids in horse fat retention in the epidermisfails to enter the body through the skin, to protect andnourish each cortical function.Conclusion:This study established quality standard horse fat, the horse fat antioxidant and whitening effect and its transdermal mechanism, provide the basis for further development of high-end cosmetics horse fat.
