Objective:Investigate the relationship of EGFR,c-jun,c-fos,and clinical features and the short-term efficacy in cervical squamous cell carcinomas,Assess its value in the progress and hort-term efficacy of CSCC.Method:Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) techniques were used to detect changes with EGFR gene amplification and gene copy number,Immunohistochemistry were used to detect changes with the protein expression of EGFR,c-jun and c-fos in60cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Statistical analysis using the chi-square or exact method, nonparametric Spearman rank correlation method, multivariate Logistic regression methods.Result:Four kinds of EGFR proportion of hybrid modes are:diploid32.2%,triploid25.4%, polyploid30.5%,gene amplification11.9%The protein expression rates of EGFR,c-jun,c-fos were70.0%,76.7%,68.3%,EGFR,c-jun,c-fos protein expression were correlated with and lymph node metastasis and tumor differentiation(P<0.05);EGFR protein expression were correlated with clinical stage(.P=0.006),Spearman rank correlation analysis showed:EGFR protein expression with an increase of gene copy number was a significant positive correlation(r=0.622,P=0.000);c-jun,c-fos protein expression showed a positive correlation with the clinical stage (r=0.293,P=0.023;r=0.296,P=0.022);The protein expression levels of EGFR and c-jun,c-fos were positively correlated(r=0.422,P=0.001;r=0.509,P=0.000), EGFR,c-jun and c-fos protein expression had no significant effect in objective efficiency RRC(P>0.05).Conclusion:EGFR, c-jun, c-fos expression may be the reference index of progression, metastasis and prognosis of CSCC;EGFR,c-jun,c-fos expression were independent factors in CSCC term efficacy is not affected;c-jun,c-fos may play a positive role in the regulation of EGFR-mediated signal transduction pathway;Combined detection of EGFR,c-jun,c-fos may provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis, individualized therapy in CSCC.
