Objective To investigate the changes and significance of cTnT,IMD,hs-CRP and Hcy inRats with Atrial fibrillation.Methods Eighty male SD rats were used and were equally divided into4groups:atrialfibrillation group for one day,atrial fibrillation group for four days,atrial fibrillation groupfor seven days,and normal control group.Rats in AF groups make the animal model of AF byapplying Calcium Chloride-acetylcholind in rat tail vein,once a day.The control groupreceived no treatment.The rats of control group and the successful model rats of AF groupsblood through the heart,detecting the levels of serum cTnT,IMD,hs-CRP,Hcy with ELISA andcomparing their level differences.Results①T helevel of cTnT in rats of1day’s AF group is higher than that of controlgroup(P<0.01).4day’s AF group is higher than that of1day’ s AF group(P<0.01).7day’sAF group is higher than that of4day’s AF group(P<0.01) and gradually increase with theextension of time of AF.②T he level ofIMD in rat of1day’s AF group is no significantdifference,comparing with that of control group(P>0.05).4day’s AF group is higher than thatof1day’s AF group(P<0.01).7day’s AF group is higher than that of4day’s AF group(P<0.01) and gradually increase with the extension of time of AF from the4th day.③The level ofhs-CRP in rats of1day’s AF group is higher than that of control group(P<0.01).4day’s AFgroup is higher than that of1day’ s AF group(P<0.01).7day’s AF group is higher than thatof4day’s AF group(P<0.01) and gradually increase with the extension of time of AF④Thelevel of HCY in rat of1day’s AF group is no significant difference,comparing with that ofcontrol group(P>0.05).4day’s AF group is higher than that of1day’s AF group(P<0.01).7day’s AF group is higher than that of4day’s AF group(P<0.01) and gradually increase with the extension of time of AF from the4th day..Conclusion cTnT,IMD,hs-CRP and Hcy might participate in the occurrence anddevelopment of AF.The intervention of the4factors might reduce the occurrence of AF andprovide a new clue in AF prevention,diagnosis and treatment of ideas.
