Objective:Formulation and use of the clinical pathway of personalized oral correctiondevice in the treatment of OSAHS, collect the patient in the cost of treatment, patients’satisfaction, diagnosis and treatment times and treatment effect of observation index, toevaluate the individualized oral rectification device implementation of clinical pathway in thetreatment of OSAHS disease, compared with that without the effect of the implementation ofclinical pathway for personalized oral rectification device provides some references for thetreatment of OSAHS into the success of clinical pathway, in order to strengthen the diseasetypes of clinical pathway management. Methods:Will be subject to consent by the PSG diagnosed with OSAHS and use of oralappliance apparatus (personalized jaw forward oral appliance) treatment of40cases of mildand moderate OSAHS patients, randomly divided into two groups, a group into the clinicalpathway, another group into the routine of personalized oral treatment, treatment group. Onthe measurement data obtained with mean+/-standard deviation were analyzed, and the twosamples compared with group t test, two samples before and after treatment comparison, thepaired t test with P <0.05for the difference was statistically significant. Results:Two groups in OSAHS patients with personalized oral PSG detection displaytreatment before and after the rectification device are very good clinical effect, but the clinicalcurative effect is no statistical difference (P>0.05). Into a group of clinical pathway in thetreatment of costs, time, cost and patient satisfaction is better than that in control group, thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.01).Conclusion:Our individualized oral rectification device can improve respiratory sleep in patients with OSAHS obstruction symptoms, improve patient quality of life, but not theimplementation of clinical pathway in the implementation of clinical pathway and thecomparison of difference between the two.Personalized treatments oral treatment OSAHAimplement the use of clinical pathway can really reduce the treatment cost, reduce The Timesof patients and improve patient satisfaction.
