In recent years, with the reform and opening-up of China, Chinese economy achievesrapid growth, and people’s living standards improve year by year. However, the rate ofobesity at home has increased at the same time. The improvement of living standardspromotes people’s requests for spiritual life and requirements for beauty. On the onehand,as a kind of failure of beauty, obesity has been paid more and more attention to; onthe other hand, obesity also increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, affects thedigestive system and endocrine system, or even increases the risk of cancer. Traditionalways of losing weight always cause side effects to people’s health, besides it also requireslong-term adherence, but the effect is not obvious, which is not suitable for modern life.High intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) irradiation, the ultrasound targets precisely to thesubcutaneous fat layer, reducing the damage of surrounding tissues and achieving thepurpose of ultrasonic dissolving fat body sculpting at the same time.Based on HIFU, the design and test of unit circuit system and test on the power of fatsoluble intelligent equipment are carried out in this thesis. The main research contents ofthe thesis consist of the following three points.Firstly, it’s the design of the circuit system. The circuit system is mainly composed ofmain control circuit, signal amplification, matching circuit, feedback circuit and a DCpower supply, besides the main control circuit is controlled by single chip microcomputercontrol, and assisted the man-machine interfaces such as the keyboard and LED displayer.Secondly, it is the design of the unit circuit. signal amplification is based on full bridgedriving circuit, drived by double IR2110, to get the further amplification of the outputsignal controlled by the single chip microcomputer. The matching circuit adopted the L type.After matching, the control signals can directly control HIFU ultrasonic transducer.Feedback circuit is the type of current search frequency tracking. When reach the maximumcurrent, the frequency of the control signal equals the resonant frequency of the HIFUultrasonic transducer.Thirdly, it’s the test of the system. The wave form test is carried out in the full bridgeamplification test circuits, proving that it can enlarge the effective control signal; itestimates the acoustic power of ultrasonic transducer HIFU under the maximum intensity of work in a calorimetric method. The experiments showed, the system can drive HIFUultrasonic transducer effectively, and can be dynamically adjust the frequency of the drivesignal to match the resonance frequency of the HIFU ultrasonic transducer, and has theadvantages of small volume and high strength.
