The Research On The Current Situation And Performance Evaluation Of Chongqing’s Youth Floating Population And Reproductive Health Services

According to the 2010 national census data, China floating population of about 200000000 6 ten million, of which nearly 1/4 of 15-24 year old youth, young floating population reproductive health problems caused, have become increasingly prominent. As early as 2007, the State Council of the people’s Republic of China is put forward in the population and family planning policy, to "put a part to improve the flow of youth reproductive health and rights" as the overall solution of the population problem. Therefore, this study aims at the research of reproductive health problems of young floating population, reflecting the important theoretical research and practical application value.The main content of this research focuses on two aspects: one, build the system of evaluation of the young floating population reproductive health services; second, to carry out an empirical study on the use of evaluation system. In this study, the key concepts and customer satisfaction theory, system theory and performance evaluation based on theories, through analysis of the literature and two Delphy expert consultation method, and the weights are determined by using percentage, was constructed to support, process, and results in three dimensions as the major performance index, involving a total of 3 first class indexes, two grade index 9, three level indicators, 33. Using elaboration and information collection table of evaluation index system, the typical sampling in Chongqing City, Jiangbei District, Yuzhong district and the South Bank of the district(economic and social development level of Chongqing City, near the front of the floating population, respectively reached 3200000, 4000000 and 2390000[1], GDP is respectively 84020000000, 55486000000, 53203000000 yuan) to carry out empirical research. A field study carried out by using questionnaire, observation, interviews and other methods, and for the district 33 end index score calculation, on the basis of classification of dimension two level indicators for the three District score difference and its influence. Finally summarizes the district in reproductive health services provided in the youth movement of the population, relyingon domestic and foreign project to improve service quality, to meet the demand of floating population service and youth as a starting point to develop characteristic service and other good experience; also put forward the service support small, service process is not standardized, service mode is still not humanization the inadequacies of the young floating population reproductive health, and to the problems raised should be specific suggestions to optimize the innovation of service concept, service team.
