BackgroudAssisted Reproductive Technology(ART) has developed for thirty years since the first test-tube-baby came to this world. In vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET) was developed as time went by. The endometrial receptivity and the quality of embryo are special concerns. The desynchronisation of endometrium and embryo, whether early or late, leads to failure of implantation,which is the main reason of infertility and remains the problem of assisted reproductive technology. Among all the factors affecting outcomes of IVF-ET, the serum progesterone in the day of injection of HCG is the burning issue.We need some marks to measure the receptivity of endometrium in order to study the change. The expression of Integrin beta3 has been proven varied along with the window’s open and close. The connection between inerleukin-1(IL-1), leukemia inhibitor factor(LIF) and the receptivity of endometrium have also been proven by a lot of studies. We measure the expression of these three factors have significance to evaluate the endometrial receptivity. ObjectiveTo explore the change of endometrial receptivity under high levels of serum progesterone on the day of HCG administration during controlled ovarian hyperstimulation.. Material and MethodsThis study collects endometrium of 16 patients who were under long agonist program treatments in IVF/ICSI cycles with cancelling of implantation during August 2013 and February 2015. Every patients gains two places in unteru. Eight patients have normal levels of serum progesterone( among which 5 of them gaines 3 days after cocyte retrieval and 3 of them gained 5 days after cocyte retrieval). Eight patients have high levels of serum progesterone( among which 6 of them gained 3 days after cocyte retrieval and 2 of themgained 5 days after cocyte retrieval). Use western blot and PT-PCR to measure the expression of integrin beta3, inerleukin-1 and leukemia inhibitor factor between different groups. Use standard deviation to express the experimental date. Choose F test to compare the date using SPSS10.0 statistical software for statistical processing. Results1.The expression of integrin beta3, inerleukin-1 and leukemia inhibitor factor in group 3 is lower than the ones in group 1(P<0.05), but higher than those in group 4(P<0.05),2. The expression of integrin beta3, inerleukin-1 and leukemia inhibitor factor in group 4 is lower than the ones in group 2(P<0.05), and lower than those in group 1(P<0.05),. ConclusionsThe expression of integrin beta3、IL-1 and LIF in endometrium are lower when serum progesterone level rise in the day of injection of HCG undertaking long agonist program treatments in IVF/ICSI cycles. The expression of integrin beta3、IL-1 and LIF in endometrium on 5 days after cocyte retrieval are higher than 3 days after cocyte retrieval.
