Objective: The status of their fatigue and influencing factors were investigated. Empirical research on the effect of physical exercise on fatigue intervention. Then the corresponding control and prevention measures to promote their physical and mental health were brought out.Methods: Using prevalence survey research methods, application of fatigue rating scale(FAI), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Short Scale Chinese version(EPQ-RSC) and professional quality of life measurement tool for a city 350--QWL7-32 Scale fatigue medical personnel, personality characteristics and professional quality of life survey conducted to evaluate the fatigue status of medical personnel to analyze the impact factors of fatigue. The data was analyzed by the software of SPSS12.0.Results: 1. The survey of medical staff to the fatigue score was 4.17±1.09, fatigue severity score was 3.98±1.37, no fatigue 106(46.28%), fatigue 123(53.72%), the general fatigue 77(33.62%), moderate fatigue 26(11.35%) and severe fatigue and 20 people(8.73%).2.The Fatigue severity scores of doctors(4.13±1.35) is significantly higher than nurses(3.74±1.38)(P <0.05); The Fatigue scores of college, undergraduate( 4.33±1.06 、 4.26±1.12) were significantly higher than high school or less(3.78±1.00)(P <0.05), while in high school and less fatigue severity scores(3.37±1.30)were significantly lower than college, college and higher education(4.26±1.32、4.09±1.36)(P <0.05).3.Emotional stability and fatigue, and the dimensions of fatigue were positively correlated(P<0.01), Psyehotieism and fatigue severity was positively correlated(P<0.05), Psyehotieism and fatigue response dimension was negative correlation(P<0.01). The fatigue and fatigue severity scores of Emotional stability group were significantly lower than the medical staff of emotionally unstable group(P<0.01), while the fatigue homeostasis specificity scores of outgoing group were significantly lower than emotional instability group of medical personnel(P<0.05), emotional stability group of medical personnel fatigue results dimension scores were significantly lower than emotionally unstable group of medical personnel(P <0.05).4. The fatigue severity scores of do not stay up late at night and very little group of medical personnel(3.60±1.73、3.47±1.38) were significantly lower than often stays up late and always stay up group of medical personnel(4.19±1.28、4.46±1.51)(P <0.05).5.Fatigue and fatigue severity scoress of no exercise medical personnel(4.58±1.17、4.46±1.43)were significant higher than other groups(P <0.05). With the increasing exercise, the fatigue and fatigue severity scores decreased. The fatigue results scores of no exercise medical staff were significantly higher than the regular exercise group(P <0.01). The fatigue results scores of 30-60 minutes of exercise every day were lowest. With more than 60 minutes of exercise time, fatigue score, fatigue and fatigue severity score but increased. The fatigue response scores of every exercise morning were significantly lower than in the morning and afternoon(P <0.05).6. The total score of Quality of Working Life was 93.53±20.13, and 54.72% of the subjects had lower vocational quality of life and 4.71% of the research subjects had higher scores on the job life quality. Various dimensions of quality of life scores and fatigue and fatigue severity score, fatigue result was a negative correlation dimension(P <0.05), quality of life scores and mental health, balance and fatigue environmental dimensions were negatively correlation(P <0.05), the initiative dimensions and fatigue response dimensions was positively correlated(P <0.01).Conclusion: The survey shows that the medical staff, the susceptible factor of medical personnel fatigue is occupation, education, personality and stay up late. Severe fatigue accounted for 20.08%. Regular exercise can relieve fatigue, morning exercise every day to 30-60 minutes is appropriate.
