The Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Yunpikaiwei Decoction Joint Gluconate Zine On Infantile Anorexia

Children anorexia is a common pediatric disease of spleen and stomach.The disease is characterized by chronic progressive loss of appetite, and eat less. Anorexia can happen all the year round, but the summer heat wet more frequently, and the symptoms heaviest. In recent years,the incidence of the disease have been gradually rising trend, so the experts and scholars both at home and abroad are pay more attention to the disease,and they are exploring the effective treatment measures. Through clinical observation found that modern medicine joint traditional Chinese Medicine treatment effect well, less side effects, low cost and accepted by the Children and parents.Objective: The purpose of this task is to observe Infantile Anorexia which is dysfunction of spleen in transport used by the treatment with yunpikaiwei decoction joint gluconate zine in order to determine the clinical efficacy.Methods: All outpatients with anorexia who were selected from the hebei Chinese Medicine hospital. And diagnosed Anorexia and belonged to dysfunction of spleen in transport. strictly abide by the inclusion criteria, 40 cases,divided the 40 patients into treatment group are 21 cases and control group 19 cases by completely randomized principle. Treatment group was given yunpikaiwei decoction joint gluconate zine treatment. Traditional Chinese Medicine particles from Fried preparation, one dose and two times a day.Control group was given gluconate zine treatment, one times a day. The observation course of both groups all lasted 4 weeks.Observe the changes of two groups in the score of Symptoms and signs,weight gain,the improvementon hemoglobin and the trace elements zine before and after the treatments inorder to determine total efficiency.Results:1 The comparison of total clinical efficiencyIn the treatment group,4 case cured,8 cases had marked effect,8cases had effect and 1 case was not effective, The total effective rate was 95.2%; in the control group, 0 case cured,4cases had marked effect,9cases had effect and 6 case was not effective, The total effective rate was 95.2%;After statistics analysis of zhihe test, the comparison of the two group has no significant differences(P<0.01),the treatment group is better than the control group.2 the comparison of the total score of TCM Syndrome between the two groupsAfter t test, the comparison of the two group before the treatment has no significant differences(P > 0.05); the comparison in the trentment group before and after treatment has significant differences(P < 0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.3 the comparison of the single score of TCM Syndrome(1) Comparison on the appetite integral increased: by t test, the results show that the two groups before treatment had no significant difference(P >0.05), the difference of treatment group was statistically significant(P < 0.05),there were significant differences between groups(P < 0.01), the treatment group is more higher than the control group in terms of increasing appetite.(2) Comparison on complexion, spirit, stool, abdominal distention,muscle soft or form angular symptoms integral : By t test, two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P > 0.05), and within two way after the treatment are significant difference(P < 0.05), while there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P > 0.05), so the five treats in the two groups have no difference between before and after treatment.4 Comparison on weight gainBy t test, there was no significant difference in the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05), the differences of weight gain after treatment wasstatistically significant(P < 0.05).5 Comparison on blood zineBy t test, within group comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), and the comparison between groups, there was no significant difference(P > 0.05). Treatment group and control group in improving blood zinc levels.6 Comparison on hemoglobin levelBy t test, results show that the two way in comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), and the comparison between groups, with significant difference(P < 0.01), the treatment group of the effect on the improve the level of hemoglobin is more prominent.7 In the process of treatment, two groups of patients has not found adverse reaction, and hepatic, kidney function and ecg did not show anormal.Conclusion: This shows that yunpikaiwei decoction joint gluconate zine on infantile anorexia of spleen in transport is effective on improve total clinical effect, the level of hemoglobin, increase the weight and appetite,and improve total score of symptoms and signs is better than simply using the treatment of gluconate zinc. on the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation,using traditional Chinese medicine combined conventional western medicine for the treatment of CA has obvious advantages, and low cost, small side effects, is clinically effective method for the treatment of CA.
