Backgrounds : We found a lot of young patients with coronary heart disease in the clinical work echocardiography E/Ea ratio is larger, prompt diastolic dysfunction, but the patient has no obvious hypertension, myocardial hypertrophy of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction caused by factors such as,time is not long, and even diabetes and coronary angiography indicates a significant coronary artery stenosis lesions, consider its cardiac insufficiency has relationship with coronary lesions, thus collected in accordance with the inclusion criteria were performed coronary angiography and echocardiography examination data of 139 cases patients with coronary heart disease, coronary artery lesion severity, blood lipids and other factors and correlation analysis of left ventricular diastolic function, the relationship was observed, which help to assess patient’s prognosis and guiding further treatment. Objective: This study through setting in patients with coronary artery lesion severity, glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL cholesterol, low density cholesterol, homocysteine as independent variables, echocardiography in patients with E/A ratio,E ’value, the diastolic function of E/E’ ratio related indicators as dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis to observe the degree of coronary artery lesions and the relationship between the left cardiac diastolic dysfunction,to explore its clinical significance. Methods: Retrospective in April 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital(the second hospital affiliated to Hebei North College) in the hospital a preliminary diagnosis of coronary heart disease patients,139 cases with the selection criteria for the conditions.Collect the relevant data of 139 cases were: age, sex, glucose, blood lipids and homocysteine levels.Collect the echocardiography before coronary angiography in patients with the required data: E, A, E/A ratio, E ’, E/E ’ratio(ultrasound doctors completed by the same name).Collected in patients with coronary angiography as a result, the Gensini score system, the degree of coronary artery lesions.Application SPSS17.0 system for linear regression analysis, observation of patients’ age, blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides,HDL cholesterol, low density cholesterol, homocysteine, degree of coronary lesions and left cardiac diastolic function. With P < 0.05 was statistically significant,P > 0.05 no statistical significance.Results:1 The patients’ GLU,TG,CHO,total cholesterol, triglyceride,HDL cholesterol,LDL and HDL cholesterol, low density homocysteine HCY, age, degree of coronary artery lesions with doppler ultrasound diastolic function index values of E/A multivariate linear regression analysis, the result shows:P > 0.05,the patient’s glucose, blood fat,,homocysteine, age, coronary lesions integral has no obvious relation with the E/A.2 The patients’ blood GLU,TG,CHO,total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density cholesterol LDL and HDL cholesterol, low density homocysteine HCY, age, degree of coronary artery lesions with doppler ultrasound diastolic function index E ’value of multivariate linear regression analysis, the results in patients with coronary artery disease integral, the relationship between homocysteine and E’ P <0.05,there is statistical significance, and patients’ blood sugar, blood fat,age and E ’relationship,P > 0.05, no statistical significance.3 The patients’ GLU,TG,CHO, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density cholesterol LDL and HDL cholesterol, low density homocysteine HCY,age, degree of coronary artery lesions with doppler ultrasound diastolic function index E/E ’value of multivariate linear regression analysis, the results hint:in patients with coronary artery lesions integral, age and the E/E’ relationships,P <0.05,there is statistical significance, and patients’ blood sugar, blood lipid, homocysteine and the E/E ’relationship,P >0.05,no statistical significance.4 Patient’s GLU,TG,CHO,total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density cholesterol LDL and HDL cholesterol, low density homocysteine HCY,age and the degree of the coronary artery lesions, multiple linear regression analysis, the results indicate:in the aspect of relationship between coronary artery lesions integral, patients’ blood sugar, homocysteine and positively correlated, P <0.05,and blood lipids, patient age, this test P> 0.05,there is no clinical significance.Conclusion:1 Severity of coronary artery lesions with ultrasonic doppler E/A value relevance.2 Severity of coronary artery lesions was significantly related with ultrasonic doppler E ’value, the heavier prompt coronary lesions, E’ value is smaller, left ventricular diastolic function, the worse prognosis.3 Coronary artery lesion severity and ultrasonic doppler significantly related. the heavier prompt coronary lesions, E/E’ value, the greater the left ventricular diastolic function, the worse prognosis.
