Bladder cancer is the most common malignant tumor of urinary system, the incidence rates in malignant tumor is eleventh, and the first in urinary tumor. Although TUR-BT can complete resect the tumor, however, it is still has a high relapse rate And in some cases may develop into muscle invasive bladder cancer. Adjuvant intravesical drug treatment after operation is currently the most effective treatment to reduce the recurrence rate of bladder cancer. Intravesical therapy for patients can hardly adhere to treatment for the long course of treatment, the need to repeatedly return to hospital intubation, adverse reactions, high cost and the insufficient knowledge on disease. Studies have shown that to the continuing nursing care of discharged patients can help them to have active treatment, improve patient compliance and increase quality of life. Now there are rare reports about continuing nursing care of postoperative bladder cancer patients’ intravesical instillation, so the lack of evidence for clinical application. Objective: To investigate the effect of continuing nursing after the operation of bladder cancer patients’ perfusion of compliance, quality of life and satisfaction of nursing staff, make it become a part of the standardized treatment of bladder cancer. Methods: Patients were collected in our hospital outpatient department of Urology for intravesical chemotherapy after TUR-BT,during 2013 January- 2013 November as the control group, and 53 patients aslo in our hospital outpatient department of Urology for intravesical chemotherapy after TUR-BT,during 2014 January- 2014 November as the intervention group. But for one patient got tumor recurrence, another patient moved to the field falls off, we finally had 51 cases in the intervention group. The control group was given routine nursing, the patients in the intervention group on the basis of routine nursing by continuing nursing. Two groups of patients in the intervention prior to completing the SF-36 quality of life scale, and detailed records of patients according to the doctor’s advice to the hospital every time whether perfusion, with no adverse reaction and take measures, whether according to order review and project. Patient compliance assessment after 6 months intervention; to complete SF-36 quality of life scale, two groups of patients before and after the evaluation of quality of life before and after the intervention, compared two groups of patients with intervention changes in quality of life; by using self-made satisfaction questionnaire in 6 months after the intervention survey of satisfaction degree of patients in the two group cases.Results:1 The comparison of the two groups patients before and after the intervention in SF- 36 each dimension score and total score: Before the intervention, eight dimensions of two groups of patients with SF- 36 score and health convert comparative differences had no statistical significance(P > 0.05). After the intervention, two groups of eight dimensions of SF- 36 scale scores and health convert comparative differences were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the continuing nursing intervention patients quality of life improved significantly.2 Comparison of two groups of patients compliance in the treatment process: according to the results of the survey, the intervention group was 48(94.1%) the compliance was good, 3(5.9%) of the patients with poor compliance. Only 38(71.6%) of patients showed good compliance in the contraol group, 15(28.4%) of the patients with poor compliance, compared two groups of patients in terms of compliance, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).3 Comparison of two groups of patients’ satisfaction: the results showed that patients in the intervention group, satisfaction questionnaire total score was 12.4± 1.8; the control group of patients’ satisfaction questionnaire score was 10.1 ± 2.7; satisfaction in the intervention group is higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1 Continuing nursing care can improve the master degree in patients with bladder perfusion chemotherapy on disease related knowledge, improve self-care ability, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the quality of life with patients,It is a simple, feasible and effective method.2 Continuing nursing can improve the compliance of the bladder perfusion patients with bladder perfusion chemotherapy.3 Continuing nursing can improve the bladder perfusion patients satisfaction, It is helpful to establish a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
