Objective:In the urinary system, the most common malignant tumor is bladder cancer, and its incidence is increasing year by year. The most common type of bladder cancer is non-muscle invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC).The most common treatment after NMIBC is bladder perfusion, but bladder perfusion may cause adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the toxicity and increase the effectiveness of bladder perfusion, and relieve patients’physical and mental pain. The purpose of this study was to observe the efficacy of Didangtang Decoction in the treatment of patients after NMIBC operation. Methods:Sixty inpatients of urology department of Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to June 2020 were selected, and the postoperative pathology was confirmed as NMIBC.Eventually into groups for the observation of 28 cases,26 patients in the placebo group. The control group received gemcitabine bladder perfusion, and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine decoction supplemented with Didangtang Decoction as the basic formula on the second day after the operation on the basis of gemcitabine bladder perfusion for 3 months.Observation indexes including curative effect index:cystoscope review results,Karnofsky perform status score,Traditional Chinese medicine symptom score(TCM symptom score),EORTC QLQ C30 score,EORTC QLQ-BLS24 score.Safety index:in vital signs, routine blood, liver and kidney function.Result:①Before and after treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups in Karnofsky perform status score and TCM syndrome score(P<0.05).The Karlscher score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, while the TCM syndrome score was lower than that in the control group.②The incidence of bladder irritation in the observation group treated with Chinese medicine after bladder perfusion treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the emotional function in the EORTC QLQ-C30 was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).③Didangtang decoction was safe and did not affect blood routine and biochemical indexes, and there was no statistical significance in blood indexes before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Didangtang decoction can reduce the adverse reactions of patients receiving bladder perfusion therapy after NMIBC operation, relieve the adverse emotions of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
