Research On Multidimensional Medical Humanities Care

Humanism is the basic connotation of Marxist philosophy and the centralized reflection of Marxist theory on human care. Application in humanistic care in medical prior to Marx’s theory of humanism, but there are many issues. Marxist humanism is the care philosophy which consists human caring at the macro as well as individual care at the micro, and this concern is multidimensional, caring for all instead of one-dimensional, caring for single groups. Application of humanistic care in medical care of the various participating groups in the care process, concerned about their living conditions, and occupational environment adapted to human development. This research focuses on the humanistic solicitude of Marxist theoretical perspective from a new look at the application of humanistic care in medical, and multidimensional theories of medical humanism. This research consists five parts:Part One, introduction:the rethinking of medical humanism. This study on the real "hurt medical workers" for consideration as a starting point in the real word, read background and significance of the topic, reviewed the State of existing research. Summarizing the results, looking for deficiencies, and introduce the ideas and methods of research on this subject.Part Two, application of humanistic care in medical needs and existing problems. Traditional medicine, which is from perspective of humanistic theory, is implemented in a one-dimensional perspective healthcare workers to care the patient groups. In practice, it only emphasizes the responsibilities and obligations of health care workers, ignoring demands for humane care for health care professionals. Therefore, it results in staff burnout and work the problem of apathy. By introducing the theory of Marxist humanity care, we may come to realize the medical care of each group in the process, while integrating social responsibility into which to build multi-dimensional ring model of doctor-patient relationship, theoretical basis for realization of multi-dimensional medical humanism.The third part, humanistic dimension from different perspectives. Humane concern discussed according to the theory of multidimensional medicine. Apart from the traditional perspective of health care workers caring for patients groups, it also includes care of patient groups, health care professionals, social care the doctor and patient groups, as well as the national level institutional care to patient groups. By multidimensional interpretation of medical humanism in various directions, we may realize the multi-dimensionality of the theoretical construction of medical humanism.The fourth part, multi-directional approach realizes the degree of medical humanism. As the result of combining medical and humanistic care, Multi-dimensional theories’practical application is on the path of practical application of the theory of the relationship. Through medical institution-building, humanities quality education of medical staff, "good patient" construction, social support and other aspects of the practice, we can promote the multi-dimensional medical humanism.The fifth part, the ultimate medical values in the pursuit of humanistic care. Medicine is derived from the demand for human survival and development, that is, medicine is a concern for people’s living conditions and development, while medicine itself is human care. In order to achieve the ultimate goal of Marxist humanity care--the freedom and Liberation of mankind, the introducing of the humanistic theory into medicine is the basis of human survival and development that achieved in the process of human development and human survival and development of individuals, groups and construct the human environment.Medicine is existed on the human health-basic values. Humanism in medicine should be beyond the health care of medicine itself, realizing the humanism care to the various participating groups in the medical process. It is the only road to liberation of achieving human development and people’s emancipation.
