| ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Yishentianjing Fang with Shuganjieyu Fang on erectile dysfunction in male of the type of kidney Yang deficiency. We try to evaluate the clinical effect of the Yishentianjing Fang with Shuganjieyu Fang in the treatment of erectile dysfunction in male of the type of kidney Yang deficiency.MethodsWe follow the formulated text standard, collected the patients conformed to the requirement of the designed text, and the 50 patients who should also conformed to the type of kidney yang deficiency. Randomly accord to the proportion of 1:1 divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group take Yishentianjing Fang with Shuganjieyu Fang 2 times a day, the control group only take Yishentianjing Fang 2 times a day, and the period of teatment is 8 weeks. The two groups of patients score the kidney yang deficiency symptoms classifying quantization tables, PADAM scale, IIEF-5 scoreand the sexual satisfactionb before the starting of treatment and the end of treatment, to assess the clinical curative effect.ResultsThe treatmen group and the control group, after 8 weeks treatment, contrast with the two group in the kidney Yang deficiency symptom classification of quantitative table score was lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and the two groups have no difference (P>0.05);The IIEF-5 score both increased(P<0.05), and the two groups have no difference (P>0.05); The treatment group s score of PADAM decreased (P<0.05), but the control group have no difference than ever(P>0.05); In terms of penile erectile dysfunction treatment curative effect, the treatmen group’s total effective rate was 83%, and the control group’s total effective rate was 60%.ConclusionThe treatmen group(Yishentianjing Fang with Shuganjieyu Fang) and the control group (Yishentianjing Fang) can both improve the symptom of kidney Yang deficiency, and both of them can improve the symptom of erectile dysfunction, but the treatmen group is better than the control group, the sexual satisfaction was increased significantly too. |
