Clinical Study On Treatment Of Kui Jie ? Fang For Ulcerative Colitis Of Spleen-kidney-yang Deficiency

Objective:Clinical controlled trial was used to observe the clinical effect of Professor Liu Dianwen's experience Fang Kui Jie I Fangin treating ulcerative colitis with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang from clinical symptoms,drug safety,enteroscopy and so on.To explore the possible mechanism of its action,in order to facilitate the clinical application.Methods:From April 2017 to December 2017,40 patients with ulcerative colitis of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type were selected from the third affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 20 cases in each group.The control group took mesalazine enteric-coated tablets(Huidian),and the treatment group took Kui Jie I Fangprescription on this basis.2 weeks as a course of treatment,generally 2 courses of treatment.The main symptoms,clinical efficacy,TCM symptoms and intestinal mucosa were observed before and after treatment.Results:(1)After treatment,there was no significant difference in comprehensive symptoms between the two groups by rank sum test(P>0.05),which indicated that there was no significant difference in improving the comprehensive curative effect between the two groups;(2)Baron endoscopy score:contrast P<0.05 before and after treatment,indicating that both groups have obvious curative effect in improving intestinal mucosa,contrast group P 0.126>0.05,indicating that there is no difference in improving intestinal mucosa between the two groups;(3)Mayon score:the contrast P<0.01 between the two groups before and after treatment,indicating that both the treatment group and the control group can effectively improve the disease activity index,the contrast within the group P>0.05,indicating that there is no difference in improving the Mayon score between the two groups;(4)After treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome in the two groups was better than that in the control group by rank sum test(P<0.01),indicating that the curative effect of TCM symptom was better in the treatment group than in the control group;The total score of TCM symptom was compared by t test(P =<0.01),which indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of TCM;The results of paired sample t test showed that the two groups could obviously improve the TCM symptoms of the patients.After treatment,independent sample t test was used between the two groups.The results showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in improving the cold shape of cold limbs and the sore waist and knee.Conclusion:Profess or Liu Dianwen experience recipe Kui Jie I Fang combined with Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets in improving the clinical symptoms of mild to moderate spleen kidney yang deficiency ulcerative colitis is significant.It can effectively relieve or eliminate the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,especially in alleviating cold limb cold,waist and knee and other traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,superior to salalazine enteric solution alone.It is worthy of clinical application.
