Sodium Hyaluronate Injected Into The Articular Cavity With Duhuojisheng Tang To Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Clinical Research

Ltd production, commodity name: Sofast) joint cavity injection and oral administration of Duhuojisheng decoction, the control group I as a simple glass sodium hyaluronate injected into articular cavity, control group II for simple oral Duhuojisheng decoction. Sodium hyaluronate injected into the articular cavity method for once a week, for five weeks. Duhuojisheng Decoction(Heracleum 9g,mistletoe, eucommia, Achyranthes root, asarum, Qin Qiu, Poria, cinnamon, windproof,heart, ginseng, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, angelica, peony, licorice, dried Rehmannia glutinosa 6G, composed of a unified system of Anhui Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinesemedicine pharmacy preparation) way of taking daily 1 agent, water frying take juice,every half an hour after a meal to clothes, two times a day. For 35 days, for one period of treatment. Methods two groups of knee pain patients feel record before and after treatment and half a year after treatment, Japan Association for Department of orthopedics score and the function of joint movement, a statistical analysis is conducted on the observation results.The results:1 the three groups before treatment, the random factors(gender, age,knee pain degree) had no significant difference(P>0.05); 2 patients in the three groups after treatment and half a year after treatment, symptoms of joint pain is better than that before the treatment, or joint activity before treatment, there were significant differences(P< 0.01 or P<0.05), it can be confirmed that the intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with Duhuojisheng decoction can treat knee osteoarthritis; 3 in the treatment group after treatment and followed up for half year,joint angle and joint pain is significantly better than the control group I and II(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Sodium hyaluronate injected into the articular cavity with Duhuojisheng decoction has obvious effect on the improvement of knee osteoarthritis patients, no significant adverse reactions, patients with joint pain symptoms disappeared or relieved, joint normal activities, and the safe, effective, economic price, convenient treatment, worthy of clinical use.
