Lifting And Thrusting Reducing Anipulation Of Acupuncture Huantiao Point, Dachangshu Point In The Treatment Of Lumbar Discherniation

Objective :Through the proposed interpolation reducting techniques of acupuncture at Huantiao point,Dachangshu point in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, relieve the pain of patients. To evaluate the therapeutic effect of patients with common acupuncture group and control group.Thus objective assessment of the proposed interpolation reducing techniques of acupuncture at Huantiao point, Dachangshu point clinical curative effect on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:The choice of sixty- four cases of lumbar disc herniation patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group with thirty-two cases in each group, the treatment group: acupoints: main points: huantiao point,dachangshu point,yaojiaji point.Matching acupoint: weizhong point, taixi point, kunlun point. Control group: yaojiaji point, guanyuanshu Point, minmen point, zhishi point, dachangshu point. The two groups after treatment, two groups use the massage technique of tendon repair. Two groups of one times a day, five times a week, for three weeks. Before and after treatment were treated by JOA rating scale and Oswestry disability index of two groups of patients, compared two groups of patients with lumbar disc herniation condition, kinetic energy recovery and improve the daily life situation. Objective to evaluate and lifting and thrusting reinforcing reducing manipulation, acupuncture Huantiao point Dachangshu point in the treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation Clinical Curative effect.Results:1. JOA low back pain rating scale: in the treatment group, the control group under the JOA low back pain rating scale scores were significantly higher than those before treatment, with statistical significance(P; <0.01) after the treatment of integral treatment group compared with the control group JOA score increased, with statistical difference(P <0.05). 2. Oswestry disability index: in the treatment group, control group Oswestry disability index were lower, with statistical difference(P <0.01); the treatment group than in the control group the dysfunction index integral integral is reduced significantly, with statistical difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1. the clinical symptoms of acupuncture combined with massage for treatment of lumbar intervertebral discherniation can significantly improve the patient’s. 2. lifting and thrusting reinforcing reducing manipulation of acupuncture Huantiao point, Dachangshu point in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation patients in remission for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation caused by back pain and lower extremity pain, numbness better effect than routine acupuncture group. There is significant effect of the clinical symptoms of three, acupuncture manipulation, amount of stimulation on lumbar discherniation improvement.
