Purpose:Study on the traditional Chinese medicine external ointment staging dressing in promoting wound healing of the low perianal abscess after one stage radical operation patients.Material and method:In this study, a randomized controlled experiment was designed. The 40 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups, 20 cases in each group. The treatment group on the basis of routine treatment in first days after operation with three kinds of the traditional Chinese medicine external ointment(Shuitiao ointment、Youtiao ointment、Yixiao ointment)by staging dressing treatment in turn. The control group on the basis of conventional treatment with vaseline gauze with rivanol gauze dressing treatment in first days after operation. To observe the first time dressing of wound healing and safety indexes between the two groups, and to do quantitative integration and record the granulation growth, pain, infiltration and secretion of the situation on the thirdly day, seventh day and tenth day after operation, and the wound healing time was recorded. Using SPSS17.0 statistics software for the two groups of granulation growth, pain, effusion and secretion points and wound healing time for statistical analysis. Results: 1. The gender, age, duration of disease were comparable between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2. After thirdly days of operation, there was no significant difference in the scores of granulation growth, pain, infiltration of the wound surface and secretion of the points(P>0.05).3. seventh days and tenth days after operation, the two groups of granulation growth points were statistically significant(P<0.05).And the treatment group was superior to the control group in promoting the growth of granulation. The seventh day and tenth day after operation, The pain score between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The results showed that the difference was not significant between the two groups in relieving the pain of the wound. After seventh days of operation, there were significant differences between the two groups in the wound surface infiltration and secretion(P<0.05). In the treatment group, the volume of liquid and secretion of the wound was higher than that of the control group. On the tenth day after operation, there was no significant difference between the groups(P > 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the wound fluid and secretion.4. There were significant differences in the time of wound healing between the two groups(P<0.05), and the treatment group was faster than the control group in the promotion of wound healing time.5. No adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Conclusion:1.The two groups of dressing change in the promotion of low rectal abscess in patients with primary wound healing are effective.2.The treatment group was superior to the control group in the growth of granulation and the healing time. But there was no difference between the two groups in terms of pain. Show that traditional Chinese medicine external ointment on the wound for staging dressing low perianal abscess surgery patients can promote the healing. But it is not clear about the effect of relieving the pain of the wound after operation.3. On the seventh day after operation, the volume of liquid and secretion of the wound of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, which has proved the traditional Chinese medicine " Clearing away the Pus and Forming the Flesh " theory.4.The traditional Chinese medicine external ointment staging dressing change in observing the safety index, without adverse reaction, which can suggesting the traditional Chinese medicine external ointment staging dressing is safe and reliable.
