Objective:By means of evaluating the subjective quality of life (SQOL) and their parents’ self-evaluation in the children with tic disorder(TD), to discuss children’s SQOL and their parents’psychological situation, and to further analyze the influence factors of TD.Methods:68 cases of children with TD and 62 cases of control group children were assessed by the Yale Global Tie Severity Scale (YGTSS) and Inventory of Subjective Life Quality (ISLQ)for child and adolesent. Children’s daily guardian (n=130) that including the selection of all children with tourette (68 cases) and control group (62 cases)were assessed by the Symptoms Check List (SCL-90) respectively. The survey results have been analyzed by the chi-square test, t-test, ANOVA, multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 18.0 package.Results: ①The SQOL of TD children was significantly lower than the control group in terms of the family life, peer relationship, school life, anxiety experience, body emotional, cognitive elements, and emotion elements, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).②The SQOF of different severity (light moderate severe) in children with TD had statistically significant differences in anxiety experience, cognitive elements and emotion elements (P<0.05); The overall satisfaction of the severe TD children was significantly lower than the moderate children, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ③The SQOL of younger group TD children(<10) was significantly lower than the control group children with same age in terms of family life, peer relationship, school life and emotional component, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The SQOL of elder group TD children (≥10) was significantly lower than the control group children with same age in terms of family life, self-awareness, anxiety experience, body emotional, cognitive component and emotional component, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). ③The SQOL of TD children with lower cultural degree parents was significantly lower than the TD children with cultural degree parents in terms of family life, peer relationship, school life, living environment, experience anxiety and cognitive component, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ⑤The score of parents with TD children was significantly higher than the parents of control group in terms of somatization, force symptom, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, paranoia, hostility and terror, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ⑥The parents of children with different severity of TD had statistically significant differences in terms of somatization symptoms, forced and anxiety, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).⑦The SQOL of TD children was negatively correlated with the severity of symptoms, and was positively associated with the cultural degree of their parents. The psychological problem of parents with TD children was negatively correlated with the TD severity of their children, in the aspect of interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety, it was positively correlated with the SQOL of TD children.Conclusion: ①The SQOL of TD children was lower than healthy children, and it was negatively correlated with the severity of their condition, and was positively associated with the cultural degree of their parents. ②The SQOL of younger children was given priority to with family life, school life and peer relations; and elder children is given priority to with family life and cognitive, emotional elements. ③Parents with TD children have more psychological problems, and the extent was positively correlated with the severity of their children’s condition, and the psychological problems of them in interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety were respectively positively correlated with the SQOL of their children in experience of peer relationship and anxiety.④For treatment of TD, in addition to the drug, should also pay more attention to psychological treatment and parent education.
