Objective:In contrast to the diagnosis accurate rate of two-dimensional ultrasound (2DUS) and contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS), CEUS and contrast enhanced helical CT (CECT) in High echo-level small focal liver lesions (HSFLLs) (diameter≤3 cm), in order to explore the application value of CEUS in the diagnosis liver hyperechoic small lesions. Methods:Reviewed and analyzed the CEUS、Time-intensity curve(TIC) results of 75 cases (107 lesions)found with liver hyperechoic small lesions by two-dimensional ultrasound (2DUS) in Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, In contrast to the results of CEUS and CECT.Results:The accurate rate in the diagnosis HSFLLs of 2DUS was 68.22%, CEUS was 89.71%,CECT was 88.79%, In the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cirrhotic nodules lesions and small hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) lesions, the accurate rate of 2DUS was 67.86%, CEUS was 92.86%, CECT was 90.48%. The enhancement pattern of the majority of High echo-level small focal liver lesions was typical. Conclusion:CEUS、TIC could evaluate the hemodynamics of liver tumors effectively and dynamically, diagnosis HSFLLs by quantitation and qualitation, CEUS was obviously superior to two-dimensional ultrasound, and was equal to contrast enhanced 64 CT in the diagnosis of HSFLLs, hyperechoic cirrhotic nodules and SHCC.
