Objective: Aim to identify the risk factors after resection for hepatocellular carcinoma of BCLC stage A.methods :A retrospective analysis was performed on 174 patients who had under RR for HCC between January 2007 and September 2010,in our hospital. Results:The overall survival rate 1-,3-,5-year survival rates of 174 patients were 91.4% 、 76.8% 、 60.6%.The cumulative 1-,3-,5-year disease-free survival rate of the 174 patients were 60.6%, 26.9% and15.9 %.respectively. Univariate analysis showed that absence of,preoperative tumor spontaneous rupture, no complete tumor capsule, tumor size, surgical margin, blood lose, blood transfusion and hepatic vascular exclusion significantly affect the postoperative disease-free survival(P<0.05).The COX multivariate analysis indicated that no complete tumor capsule, tumor size, blood lose were independent prognostic factors(P<0.05).Conclusions: no complete tumor capsule, tumor size, blood lose are main high risk factors for recurrence of BCLC-A HCC in patients undergoing hepatectomy. Identifying the high risk factor associated with recurrence contributes to the grasp of operation indication and guidance of adjunctive therapy.
