Part Ⅰ Systematic Review on Treatment of Female Precocious Puberty with Traditional Chinese MedicineObjective:To evaluate the effect and security on treatment of female precocious puberty with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).Methods:Computer was used to search Cochrane Library, PubMed, Web of Science, CBM, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang database. All of the randomized controlled trials (RCTs) at home and abroad about TCM in the treatment of female precocious puberty were collected and were carried out Meta-analysis.Results:12 RCTs were included and totally 921 patients. There were no statistic differences between the two groups-traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group (WM) about the total effective rate(OR=1.14,95%CI=0.19~3.13,P=0.51), the uterine volume (SMD=0.16,95%CI=-0.56~0.88, P=0.66), the ovarian volume (SMD=-0.24,95%CI=-1.02~0.53, P=0.54), the size of breast (SMD=1.02, 95%CI=-0.12~2.17, P=0.08), the content of Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH) in serum (SMD=-0.89, 95%CI=-2.15~0.37, P=0.17) and the content of Estradiol (E2) in serum (SMD=0.21,95%CI=-0.02~0.45, P=0.07). Between the two groups, the former’s (SMD=-1.83,95%CI=-0.22~-0.68, P=0.002) and the content of Luteinizing Hormone (LH) in serum (SMD=-1.36,95%CI=-2.60-0.13,P=0.03), and there were significant statistical differences between them. There’s few side effect in the two groups. By symptomatic treatment or stopping drugs, almost all of the side effect in the two groups can be recovered. Conclusion:It’s safe and effective to treat female central precocious puberty with traditional Chinese medicine.PartⅡ A Systematic Review on Treatment of Female Idiopathic Precocious Puberty with Chinese integrative medicineObjective:To evaluate the effect on treatment of female Idiopathic precocious puberty (IPP) with Chinese integrative medicine (TCM-WM).Methods:Computer was used to search Cochrane Library, PubMed, CBM, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang database. All of the randomized controlled trials (RCTs) at home and abroad about TCM-WM in the treatment of female Idiopathic precocious puberty were collected and were carried out Meta-analysis with Revman5.2, and the JADAD score of all essays≥3 that were collected.Results:8 RCTs were included and totally 753 patients. There were statistic differences between the two groups-Chinese integrative medicine and Western medicine group (WM) about the bone age difference/chronological age difference value (SMD=-1.43,95%CI=-2.52--1.48,p=0.003), the ovarian volume (SMD=-0.31,95%CI=-0.56--0.06, P=0.02), the content of LH in serum (SMD=-0.42, 95%CI=-0.70~-0.13,P=0.005) and the predictive final height (SMD=1.17,95%C7=0.08-2.26, P=0.03), the former’s therapeutic effect was better than the latter’s. There was no significant statistical difference on the uterine volume (SMD=-0.17,95%CI=-0.75-0.41, P=0.57) between them. Between the team of TCM-WM and the blank controlled there were significant statistic differences, the bone age difference/chronological age difference value (SMD=-3.81,95%CI=-6.21~-1.41, P=0.02) and the predictive final height (SMD=2.07,95%CI=1.64-2.50, P<0.00001), it also had obvious advantages. There’s few toxic or side effect that occurred in both of the two groups. Conclusion:It’s safe and effective to treat female Idiopathic precocious puberty with Chinese integrative medicine.
