| Objective: Based on the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,the rules of medication and syndrome distribution of central precocious puberty are explored.Methods: This study was conducted by searching the Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,and the Vip Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database,Pub Med.Screening out the literature and pre-processing,establishing a database,and using the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance(V3.0),using frequency analysis,association rules,and cluster analysis to explore the law of medication and syndrome distribution of central precocious puberty.Results:A total of 120 articles were included in this project,with a total of 182 prescriptions,involving 164 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,a total of 1971 times of medicinal flavors,and a total of 182 statistical types of certificates,involving a total of 10 certificates.1.Drug analysis results: the drug efficacy is mainly heat clearing(34.77%),deficiency tonifying(23.77%),diuretic and dampness-inhibiting(9.31%),expectorant,cough relieving and asthma relieving(7.15%),and qi regulating(5.97%).The total frequency of meridian tropism was 5145 times.The first six meridians were liver meridian 1047 times(20.35%),kidney meridian 1020 times(19.83%),lung meridian 809 times(15.72%),heart meridian 626 times(12.17%),spleen meridian 606 times(11.78%),stomach meridian 468 times(9.10%).The drug properties were mainly cold 1214 times(62.45%),flat 349 times(17.95%)and warm 325 times(16.72%),and the drug taste was mainly bitter 1122 times(37.42%),sweet 963 times(32.12%)and spicy 543 times(17.81%).2.Formula analysis results: The top 10 Chinese medicines in frequency were Anemarrhena asphodeloides 117 times(64.29%),Cortex Phellodendri 116 times(63.74%),Cortex Moutan113 times(62.09%),Radix Rehmanniae rehmanniae raw 97 times(53.30%),Poria cocos 94times(51.65%),Bupleurum bupleuri 83 times(45.60%),Paeonia alba 81 times(44.51%),Alisma orientalis 72 times(39.56%),Prunella vulgaris 71 times(39.01%),Cornus officinalis 60times(32.97%).3.The most commonly used two drug combinations are Anemarrhena asphodeloides+Phellodendron amurense(59.34%).Six core prescriptions were obtained through formula clustering.4.Distribution of syndrome types: The statistically obtained types are classified according to internal organs,which can be divided into four categories,kidney(57.71%),liver(17.71%),spleen(16.56%),and two internal organs(intestines)combined diseases(8%),and the top two types of symptoms in frequency are yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity 98 times(56.00%),and liver depression fire certificate 29 times(16.57%).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine treats central precocious puberty with heat and moisture as the main treatment method,paying attention to tonifying the liver and kidneys,strengthening the spleen and stomach,clearing the liver and lungs,and using flexible medication.Yellow cypress,zhimu,peony peel,and raw ground yellow are often used in antipyretic drugs;Deficiency medicine such as white art,yam,cooked ground yellow,angelica,turtle shell,tortoise shell;Water and moisture infiltration medicine in zeppelin,poria,road access,plantain,etc.In the distribution of central precocious puberty,the main evidence of yin deficiency fire and liver depression fire evidence are mainly seen in the distribution of symptoms.Causes such as yin deficiency,liver fire,and phlegm dampness have an important impact on the pathogenesis of central precocious puberty. |
