ObjectiveBy comparing the study group patients postoperative anal exhaust defecation time, hospitalization time, cost of hospitalization, complications, C-reactive protein, verification of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine of fast track surgery are better thanconventional therapy.MethodCases of patients with gastric cancer were collected in line with the conditions, according to admission time patients were divided into control group (30 cases), the treatment group (25 cases). The control group was given conventional treatmentscheme, the treatment group that combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine of fast track surgery group, plus Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group to the BHM combined enema and Fructus evodiae hot application,western medicine aspect to the morning of operation 6:00a.m. IVGTT 250ml 10% glucose injection, anesthesia indwelling nasojejunal tube for early postoperative enteral nutrition, anesthesia for anesthesia+epidural anesthesia, compared two groups of patients after operation of anal the first exhaust and defecate time, hospitalization time, cost of hospitalization, complications, C-reactive protein etc..From the day of admission to seventh days after operation, observationtable to collect data combined with case study on clinical efficacy,analysis of the data as variables, using SPSS 19.0 statistical software, using t-test and chi square test method, in the control group and the treatment group related data are compared with the results of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is meaningful, verification of fast track surgery are better than conventional therapy.Results1. Two groups of data comparison, by t-test, chi square test, the control group and the treatment group curative effect comparison, the treatment group in patients with gastric cancer promoting rapid rehabilitation aftertreatment had statistical significance.2. Two groups of data comparison, by chi square test, postoperative exhaust defecation, extubation, start eating distributions were significantly different (P<0.05), with statistical significance.3. Two groups of data comparison, by t-test, the time of hospitalization, cost of hospitalization distribution were significantly different (P<0.05), with statistical significance.4. Two group data comparison, the treatment group and the incidence of complications was lower than that of conventional treatment group.5.
