ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Yishen Huoxue Jiedu Decoction on atherosclerosis, and to explore its possible mechanism of action of TCM treatment of atherosc-lerosis, provide the new basis.MethodThe experiment part:1. Animal Groups:The 60 rats were randomly divided into two groups,10 as the normal control group and 50 as the module group.2. 2.Animal Model:Control group with ordinary feed and model group with high fat feedstuff and Vitamin D3,select 10 random rats from the model group, detect the level of serum TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C from the rats blood with empty stomach, results show the blood lipid level from the model group was significantly higher;Detect rat aorta to find atherosclerotic plaque as the successful indication for making animal model, then randomly divided into model group, the western medicine group(atorvastatin group), traditional Chinese medicine group(the group of decoction of Yishen huoxue jiedu decoction), and the combination of Chinese and western group(group with statin and Yishen huoxue jiedu decoction), 10 in each group,Once a day and Continuous drug delivery for one month.3.Index detection : two days after the experiment, intraperitoneal injection to anesthetize rats, abdominal aorta in detection of blood lipids, blood adhesion molecules, IL- 8 levels, take abdominal aorta to make specimen for observation of pathological morphology. The clinical part:1.Group: a random grouping, 40 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris(with qi deficiency, and blood stasis), divided into research group 20 cases, control group 20 cases.Control to conventional western medicine treatment, the other one on the basis of conventional treatment with Yishen huoxue jiedu decoction.2.Indicators and curative effect: treatment cycle for a month, before and after treatment respectively, monitoring patients’ blood fat, adhesion molecules, IL- 8-, D- dimer level, evaluating integrals and electrocardiogram before and after treatment. All measurement data to "x ± s", t test for paired data in a group, the two groups comparing with independent samples t test, multiple sets of independent samples using analysis of variance, countable data in x2 test, P< 0.05 means the difference was statistically significant. All materials use SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.ResultsExperimental study:Compared with the model group, the expression of inflammatory factors decreased obviously, the levels of blood lipid decreased significantly in traditional Chinese medicine group, western medicine group and the combination group of TCM and Western Medicine(P<0.05). The last group is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group(P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the treatment groups show less lipid deposit, more light smooth muscle hyperplasia and more regular endometrium in microscopic observation.Clinical research:Blood lipid, serum ICAM-1, VCAM-1, D- dimer, IL- 8 levels of patients after treatment are significantly lower(P<0.05). The curative effect of the study group is better than the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionYishen huoxue jiedu decoction can inhibit the expression of adhesion molecules in serum of rats, regulating metabolism of blood lipid, reduce vascular endothelial damage, reduce lipid absorption and deposition in the local blood vessels, inhibit the proliferation and migration of smooth muscle cell,so as to prevent or delay the development of atherosclerosis and resistance to atherosclerosis.Yishen huoxue jiedu decoction can improve the clinical symptoms, regulate metabolism of lipid, inhibit the expression of serum adhesion molecules and improve the high coagulation state.
