Fiber Bragg Grating sensor, because of its anti electromagnetic interference, safety and a series of advantages, is widely used in all kinds of civil and military sensing fields. This paper mainly explores the analysis of the dynamic testing based on FBG and its corresponding application. According to the detected different signal frequency, dynamic test is divided into low frequency test and high frequency test. Low frequency test detects the impact signal and high frequency test is for ultrasonic detection.The general idea is to base on the sensing principle of fiber Bragg grating sensor for the detection of dynamic signal, and then design the framework of dynamic detection, according to the principle and the experimental design map select the experimental devices and do the experiment inquiry. Impact experiments use packaged FBG to detect external impact signal in order to acquire the effect of FBG sensor for application in the artificial skin tactile sensor; We base on the principle of ultrasonic- the fiber Bragg grating detection to design experimental scheme:different lengths of gate area to detect a certain frequency in ultrasonic signals of different frequencies. Analyze the test results to find the corresponding detection rules and provide a basis for the application of ultrasonic testing.Dynamic test is based on the dual fiber Bragg grating matching demodulation method and the biggest advantages of the demodulation system are simple in structure and with good effect. The experimental data collection and preservation are via digital oscilloscope and data acquisition program based on Lab VIEW platform with the hardware data acquisition card. In order to make contrast analysis of the collected data better, data drawing software Origin and the powerful data processing software MATLAB are used to beautify the subsequent and further processing.The final results show that:FBG sensor encapsulated with silicone material responds to the outside impact signal with fast response and high sensitivity, so FBG can be applied in robot artificial skin tactile sensor; ultrasonic-fiber Bragg grating sensing experiment is still carried out in the aluminum material and the experimental results show that the fiber Bragg grating is able to detect ultrasonic signal and different lengths of grating response differently to the ultrasonic signals of different frequencies, at last this paper gives the corresponding result graph of the two factors, laying the theoretical foundation on FBG high frequency detection.
