Objective:As a high incidence of stroke in our country, not only bring to patients and their families after stroke burden of suffering and, at the same time also brought huge economic pressure to the country. PT (Physical therapy, Physical therapy) as the current most commonly used method of treatment of cerebral apoplexy, can effectively improve the patient’s balance function and walking ability, and the S-E-T (Sling exercise training, the suspension movement training) as a relatively new training methods in recent years, for the training of core muscle group has a good curative effect, and the core stability for the improvement of balance function and walking ability has a great role in promoting.To analyze the PT binding S-E-T (Sling exercise training) in the treatment of patients with hemiplegia after stroke affect their balance function, and to explore more scientific training methods, make every effort to improve patients’daily living skills and balance function.improve treatment effect, reduce the suffering of patients, so that patients can return home and society.Methods:using random sampling method,60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated by PT routine, including muscle strength training, endurance training, balance training, gait training, neural facilitation techniques,30min every time,2 /d,6D/weekly. The patients in treatment group were treated by PT routine, 30min every time,1/d,6D/weekly. Meanwhile,The treatment group through the S-E-T training, strengthen the strength of core muscles and stability, and Induced separation action.30min/times, 1/d,6D/weekly. The treatment group was trained with a regular PT training and a S-E-T training every day,. Each group will be treated for 4 weeks.Results:Before treatment, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the control group and treatment group patients, after the treatment the balance function, Berg score, Fugl-Meyer grade, Holden walking ability and ADL scores of both groups were improved, and there was a significant difference (P< 0.05) in the scale of the score before and after the treatment. Compared with control group, treatment group in Fugl-Meyer lower limb motor function evaluation, the balance of standing improvement, Berg, Holden walking ability scores and ADL scores were improved obviously, and the improvement was larger (P< 0.05), but the improvement of the seat balance and Fugl-Meyer balance function evaluation has no obvious difference (P> 0.05).
