| Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of addition and subtraction Dangguiyinzi decoction for the treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris (wind-dryness due to blood-deficiency syndrome).Methods:72 patients with psoriasis of blood deficiency and wind dryness were selected from the Department of dermatology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang university of Traditional Chinese Medicine. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group, each group of 36 cases. The treatment group was administered with addition and subtraction Dangguiyinzi decoction orally, the control group was administered with Xiaoyin Capsule orally, both group were applied externally Vaseline. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks. Observe the changing of total integral of the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) before and after treatment, the curative effect of each group was compared.Results:(1) Eight weeks after the end of treatment, the treatment group PASI score was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). (2)The total effective rate of treatment group is 88.9%, while the control group is 66.7%, there was significant difference in curative effect rate between treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1) It has definite therapeutic effect that the addition and subtraction Dangguiyinzi orally on the treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness Psoriasis Vulgaris, which is superior to Xiaoyin Capsule. There is remarkable effect in repairing the patients’ damage skin signs, reducing the PASI score and lightening the clinical symptoms. (2) The addition and subtraction Dangguiyinzi is a effective method of treating blood deficiency and wind dryness Psoriasis Vulgaris. |
