Clinical Study Of Danggui Yinzi Addition And Subtraction On Pruritus Of Skin In Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients With Blood Deficiency And Wind Dryness

Objective To study the clinical effect of Danggui Yinzi addition and subtraction on the maintenance hemodialysis patients with skin pruritus.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,70 patients with uremic pruritus(UP)and blood deficiency and wind dryness were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(3 5 cases).On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was treated with loratadine,and the observation group was treated with Danggui Yinzi addition and subtraction for 2 months.Observe and record the changes of TCM syndrome score,VAS score,5-D pruritus scale,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,parathyroid hormone(PTH),blood ? 2-microglobulin(?2-MG),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),hemoglobin and albumin before and after treatment in order to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.The collected data were recorded into SPSS 22.0 for analysis,and the therapeutic effect of Danggui Yinzi addition and subtraction was observed and the related factors were analyzed preliminarily.Result 1.The general data,VAS score,5-D pruritus score,TCM syndrome score and various laboratory indexes of the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The levels of serum phosphorus,PTH,?2-MG and hs-CRP in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the level of serum calcium was higher than that before treatment,and the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The level of hemoglobin and albumin in the observation group was higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.The VAS score and 5-D pruritus score of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.The addition and subtraction of Danggui Yinzi can reduce the TCM syndrome score,VAS score and 5-D pruritus score of up patients with blood deficiency and wind dryness type,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of UP patients.2.The addition and subtraction of Danggui Yinzi can reduce the levels of blood phosphorus,PTH,?2-MG,hs-CRP,increase the level of blood calcium,improve the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus and the state of micro inflammation.3.The addition and subtraction of Danggui Yinzi,can improve the hemoglobin and albumin level of UP patients,and improve the anemia and nutritional status of patients.4.There was no obvious side effect during the treatment.
