Shu-Acupoint And Mu-Acupoint Catgut Embedding For Treatment Of Sag Type In Clinical Observation Of Gastroptosia

Objective:The objective of this research is to evaluate objectively the clinical curative effect of Gastroptosis treated by catgut embedding thread at back shu points and front mu points.The observation target is comparing the improving the symptoms of epigastric fullness, anorexia, constipation ordiarrhea, epigastric pain, nausea,belching,fatigue,and the recovering of X-ray barium meal examination before and after the treatment in patients.Methods:The objects of the study were 50 cases of gastroptosis patients who met the inclusion criteria,which were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group. There were 25 cases in each group. All the patients included in the group were given oral therapy which was taking Buzhongyiqi pills, 1pills,three times a day,even for 3 months. The difference lies in the treated group which was given catgut embedding thread at back shu points and front mu points.The selected points are Baihui, Zhongwan, Qihai, Guanyuan,Weishu, Pishu,Zusanli,Weishang,Tiwei points. After every 3 weeks,you should repeat the operation. The curative effect were observed and analyzed after 3 months. At the end of the research,grade the symptoms and the results of X-ray examination of the treatment group and the control group before and after the treatment.Results:According to the clinical observation and statistical analysis showed:the total effectiveness rate of treatment group was 88.00%, and the control group was52.00%.You could tell that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. And P<0.05 suggested that there was significant differences.The improving the symptoms showed:the total effectiveness rate of treatment group was92.00%, and the control group was64.00%.And P<0.05 suggested a significant differences.X-ray examination showed that: treatment group total effectiveness rate was96.00%,and control group was72.00%.And P<0.05 suggested that the difference was significant.Conclusion:1.The curative effect of the therapy for gastroptosis patients was significant by catgut embedding thread at back shu points and front mu points, which is better than the control group.2.The method can improve the drooping stomach,and improve X-ray barium meal examination score.
